This was my first time sitting in this place. Went in and waited about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table and bring menus then said she's be right back. 20 minutes later still no one has came she was doing everything but getting to us. We finally asked someone else's server if they could take our order. Then while placing the order I said I want no vegetables in the dish (Mongolian beef and rice). Was told the fried rice was already premixed which I don't know maybe it is but a couple days before we ordered takeout for the first time and they did no vegetables like I asked and my sesame chicken was good. So we thought going in would be awesome. Nope. Anyhow when we did finally received our food there was literally double the amount of onion and whatever else is in it than there was meat. Barely any meat. Who wants that?? There's a reason that's what people leave leftover on their plates because no one wants fork fulls of onion. I ordered Mongolian beef with fried rice. I did not order onion with a small side of beef. The plate was about 70% onions - 30% beef and rice. I did not eat it and when OUR server FINALLY came by I said I can't eat that I didn't ask for an order of onion. There was no hesitation to take it and say that's ok. They did take it off the bill with no issues but there was no apology or just would you like us to remake it or literally anything. It was room the plate, that's ok, and took off bill. The only good thing about the visit was the Thai tea was delicious. I was super mad after that and said I was never going back. I may give it one more shot and hopefully this time I get...
Read moreSo, we recently went here to get food to take to my disabled grandmother since it's her favorite restaurant and took it out of town to her. She requested this place as she had been here many times when she was still a local. My mother had placed an order to go and she was going to pick up my order as well. I called after she did and placed my order and the guy was VERY rude that I spoke with. I ordered 2 plates and didn't know they came with soup. He very rudely told me what kind of soup they had and what did I want. So I told him. For two plates of food and fried rice it was $28. I was going to pay over the phone, so he told me well it's gonna cost you. I said okay how much? $1. But we need to call you back because the girl is using the machine. I said ok do u have my phone number? He yelled and said "YES" and hung up the phone. A few moments later a lady called back got my number and hung up on me. When my mother got there to pick up both of our orders they lady argued with her that they had been paid for. My mother very respectfully said no, I need to pay for my order but my daughters is paid for but I need to pick them both up. The lady continued to argue with her and pushed her food at her and said fine. So my mother paid for her food and got our orders and left. Our food was nasty and DEFINITELY Not worth $29! We will NEVER EVER go again bc the service was the worst our family has ever had and the food is AWFUL. I tried to contact the owner afterwards and they weren't available every time I would call. So don't waste your time or throw away your hard...
Read moreWe arrived at an RV park on Lake Hamilton and after a long day and in driving rain, we decided to order online delivery. We love Hunan Style Chinese and my wife really likes lemon chicken which is sometimes hard to find, but they had it on the menu, so we’ll see… The web site estimated 30-ish minutes and sure enough, 25 minutes later a nice lady from the restaurant actually called us to say the food was ready and had just left the facility with the delivery driver and would arrive soon—what a nice touch! The delivery driver was very nice (even during a rain storm) and the food arrived hot and oh my! There was a lot more than we expected! We both ordered egg drop soup (the best we have ever had) and entrees, but we didn’t expect that both came with rice, which it did. The spring rolls were excellent! The Lemon chicken was the second best she had ever had! The Kung Pao Special was great as well and I appreciate that they give you options on the spice level! They also include soy sauce, hot mustard, chop sticks and fortune cookies! We will definitely...
