Ridgewood Apartments — Local services in Hot Springs

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. We all know we have pros and cons with everything that we tend our self to, but this place here.. The pool is nice. The basketball goal is nice. But the apartment itself.. Unless you want to get rained on for 40 days and 40 nights do not come here. Its rained and leaked OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. Only thing that has been VACCUMED ( i watched the guy vaccum the carpet, not take it up to REPLACE) was the carpet and that was twice. Its mold in my kitchen ceiling, dining area ceiling, bathroom ceiling and even in my room .Thats how bad it has leaked. Yes, managment knows. Will it ever get fixed? Probably never. Its been almost 4-5 months. I will not recommend this place. I was told my mirror would ger fixed back in March because it was chipped and likely to fall. I was told that my bathroom sink would get fixed because it was rusted. No- none of that was fixed. I remember laying down in my living room and I somewhat hear someone knocking at the door. To my surprise I hear keys unlocking my damn door. NO NOTICE NO NOTHING to warn me. So when I looked up to see who it was. There ya have it. I just wonder how many times someone has came into my apartment WITHOUT notice CAUSE I sure didn't say COME IN! Needless to say START LOOKING FOR A HOUSE or ANOTHER apartment complex with will make your place habitable, that will RESPECT your privacy, and honor what is said that will be done. Not here,...

Ridgewood apartments is over rated over priced on rent and noisy and loud all the time . Typical apartments . I do say tho, ots non typical the maintenance and nursing home make all the day noise and then at night all the tenants tend to make alot of noise. Coudnt have a night job and get rest at this placeI'm definitely not the complaining type , but I feel its important for people to know to have a decent renting apartment home experience It's always about at 65 - 70 or more decibels and whack a do neighbors do neasance calls to the police alot weather they hear there own disturbance , or there hearing aids are left turned up to high i dont make disturbances here but ive been disturbed by the neausance of all of it in general the propety and place all of it together , it just gets too loud at times . Alot / all the time . But life goes on and its deserves a star for effort ..Grace and Amen, from what all I have gathered since being . But anyway no complain no gain . I lived on the bottom floor and I could hear every creak, person walking, kids crying, and water running. It would be about 12am and I could hear kids running back and forth upstairs. This place seems very ghetto to me and I never felt safe. The water pressure was not very good, every time I tried to cook the smoke detector would go off, my AC went out, and then the shower wouldn't drain. Probably since these apartments have been here awhile. If you ever lived here, I'd recommend a top floor so you couldn't here every creak and people walking around.
