My brother and I went to 007 Barber shop due to its high ratings on Google. Overall our experience was very bad. Half of the employees could not speak English so it was hard to communicate what you needed. The person sitting next to me kept on having the front receptionist to come and help translate. My barber did not speak a single word to me except "what do you want your hair cut like." Half way through the haircut he finally told me his name. He did not know how to do a proper fade and all his equipment had hair from his previous client on it. He did not prep my face at all before he started to use the straight razor. He did not even apply any sort of shaving cream or gel. He just hacked away. I really hope he changed the blade. My little brother also had a hard time communicating his wants with his barber. I've attached a photo of how badly my barber scratched my skin. I use straight razors on a daily and I've never had this kind of reaction.
