Dan Young of TK Images has become the ONLY photographer with whom I will work for all of my listings. He not only has an eye for a home's best features and angles, he has what most other "real estate photographers" lack: the SKILL to bring those features to life in every image. And, he does it all without any unnecessary post production! What you see in his photos is what you get when you walk into the subject home in real life. Dan does not shy away from making a few adjustments with furniture here and there if it helps to make the perfect composition in a picture. In addition, he is simply a pleasure to work with and has ruined me for any other real estate & architectural photographers out there. 😁

As for TK Images overall, they are quick to respond to your appointment requests. It has been my experience that they typically respond the same day or first thing the next business morning. They do their best to get your preferred photographer (if you have one) scheduled as conveniently as possible.

They also upload the photographs into the MLS for you, typically within 24-48 hours. (Double check with them if it is a weekend.) With the crazy schedule that a career in real estate can create, that is a lifesaver!

Just had to send this along to everyone at TK Images. Michael has been our photographer for our listing photos at 211 Detering Street in Rice Military. He has done an incredible job! All the photos are amazing and we are receiving great feedback on them. Our townhome is hard to shoot in the front due to no driveway, public parking and the ever busy Detering Street...not to mention a whole bunch of trees. Michael came out today to reshoot the front. We tried hard to get all the cars moved, but we had one lovely individual who has left her car here for days on end. This brings me to the real purpose of this note......

Michael tried several ground shots and ladder shots ...in the midst of traffic. He then pulled his car around and climbed on the roof to get the perfect shot!!! Pics are included but keep in mind I'm not a photographer! Ha! My favorite is the pic of him on the roof with cars trying to get around us.

Seriously, if this is not excellent customer service, then I do not know what is. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, takes amazing photographs and goes the extra mile to make ensure the client is happy. You have a great company asset in Michael and I cannot sing his praises enough. In a world where it is hard to get adequate customer service, he is a breath...
