Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Houston

First time going to that location. I was not greeted. I simple ordered two Italian chicken kolaches, warmed. Once I got to my car, I discovered the cashier gave me two pizza kolaches instead. I walked back into the establishment and told them my order was wrong. I received no apology for the wrong order. I was asked did I want them warmed, all to be handed cold kolaches still. Attitudes were completely horrible, multiple stares from employees , I will not be returning AT ALL. Terrible customer service. I rarely write bad reviews. The guy in the front cashier was not welcoming, ok skiping this, he did mistake by counting colaches and giving the higher price than usual. As my friend is loyal customer and always buys from this location and he knows exactly how much he pays for three colaches. He did NO apology for his wrong price or mistake. Oh no, he did us a big favor by repeating our items and fixing it. His face said it all. We came at 12 pm and were hungry. After being a long time fan of the Kolache Factory, I visit their stores every now and then. I usually order a Ranchero or a Ham/Egg Croissant. This time I ordered the Ham/Egg Croissant TO GO, after two bites in, all I tasted is Croissant. I looked down and it was only 1/4" full of Egg/Ham. Did I get the runt of the batch? Are these guys cutting back???? The next time I go in, I will have to inspect my food to make sure I'm getting the full portion before I leave.
