UPDATE * AFTER TWO weeks, I STILL have NOT received my refund. With no personal or formal message on the details of my refund or apology for the inconvenience, it’s safe to say that the only reason they got back to me was because I left a bad review. Still then, I received no refund. I surely will not be coming back to this place and will warn others , DO NOT GO HERE. One on one customer service is non existent here. !!

I never got a massage before so I didn’t know what to expect. Once I got there I was professionally greeted n felt at ease. The atmosphere was nice n filled out paperwork. I explained that my lower back n neck has been killin me. I was draped n the massage began. I gotta tell you , at first I was tense but Claudia explained that I need to relax so I let her work her magic, from neck to back n legs, I gotta say it was a relaxing experience n felt really good to have a full hour of just some nice n quite me time. After the massage , immediately I felt loose n relaxed. Felt like 10 years younger because my lower back felt amazing after this therapy. I had a car accident a few months ago and therapy was not helping especially with those shocks they gave me little By little . I decided to look into getting a massage , I am so Thankful I found iMassage !!! I Booked with the young lady Claudia , explained to her my situation and what part on my back , the mri showed I hurt . I started with constant full body massages to Sometimes targeting certain areas and this definitely helped me so much!!!
