Anthropologie — Local services in Houston

I recently visited Anthropologie to purchase a dress and was really disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed—no greeting, no offer of help, and no dressing room was prepared for me like the other customers.

After deciding on a dress that cost over $150, I expected a higher level of service at checkout. Instead, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. To top it off, she didn’t even take the time to properly wrap the dress—she just rolled it into a ball and tossed it into a shopping bag.

For a store that positions itself as a premium shopping experience, this was far from what I expected. I left feeling disappointed and undervalued...

I just want to share how pleasant the whole staff was! From the moment we walked in. I went straight to home/kitchen since I knew what I was looking for. I was assisted by a a very sweet lady I mention to her I was looking for a bag. She was quick to take me to it and assist as well as a suggest other similar products since the bag didn’t fit my current need as I expected. Definitely one of the BEST anthros in us. EXCELLENT customer service!! Was helped by the newest manager and she was awesome!! The sale room was almsot empty but sometimes its like that!! The excellent customer service more than made up for that. They have lots NOT on sale. All around as usual here GREAT GREAT GREAT!! Thanx Baybrook team...
