If you are in the market for furniture and considering another store, do yourself a favor stop looking now. The customer service and quality here canât really be beat in my opinion. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic.
We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in todayâs world when it comes to customer service.

   Read moreI purchased a sectional from Arhaus 3 years ago. This has been the absolute worst decision. The sectional cushions are constantly lumpy and uncomfortable. They also donât stay aligned in their casings properly. The interior contents of the cushions slide and twist to the point that the exterior ribbing is off by 3 to 4 inches. Then we have the added bonus of duck feathers constantly working their way out of the fabric of the cushions and pillows and then sticking to the rugs and our clothing. I was told by customer service that it was my responsibility to not only rotate the cushions every few days but that I also needed to remove the cushions outer cover and âfluffâ the interior contents and realign the casing so that ribbing is in the correct areaâŚHa! I didnât sign up to be an upholstery technician. The structure/springs of this sectional is sub par. We have substantial sagging in most areas. Also the mechanism that is designed to keep the sections together doesnât work! One visit from my Grandkids and I have a 8inch gap in the sectional. This furniture is for looks not...

July I called back and was told delivery was Early august. August 10, I called and was told Early September. Today is August 13th and I get an email from them saying they have many dining tables âIn-stockâ. My table is listed, so I called the store and asked why am I waiting til September if itâs in stock? The manager at Baybrook Mall, Sutton said, âIn-stock doesnât mean we have it available. If you look online the website shows it is 12 weeks outâ. I ordered it in March! So, I asked for her managerâs number OR the number for corporate. âOh, weâre not allowed to give that number out,â she said.
