I have cerebral palsy and my particular form of the condition means I’m really uncoordinated and resulted in my right hip being really under muscled. The suit makes it so that my left side cannot over compensate for the right side. Working one on one with someone like the coaches at Body20 keeps me from feeling insecure and I know the workout will be modified for me. I am on a weight loss shot and concerned about no energy, saggy skin and loss of muscle, etc. This is the lazy person work out.
