One of the worst customer service experience I had with the store manager. I wanted to return something for my mom and lost the original receipt. The original receipt had two items on it and I had returned one of the items earlier. That is how I lost the original receipt but had the return receipt for the first item with original receipt number on it. The cashier couldn’t look it up. I asked the manager if I could get at least the store credit since the tag is still there and he said no because people shoplift and try to return the product for cash. I had a scary night today, I bought some Ferrero Rocher chocolates to share with my family, when I got home I gave some to my daughter who loves chocolate and has never had any problems, and at first she told me she didn't like it, which is weird, and then she started coughing and wouldn't calm down. She almost ended up in the hospital. When I check the chocolates, they are over a year past their expiration date, April 2024. And I bought them today, January 25th. Great prices great clothes n shoes but not good on the hiring part, I got hired on the spot part time then after 2 checks they had no more hours or work to give me and 2 weeks went by Noone called me or anything. I called and asked why I haven't received a schedule and the answer was im sorry we just don't have any hours 2 give out so I put my 2 weeks notice in. They keep having a hiring event and don't have hours to give out smdh don't bother to waste your time here...
