I don’t understand why people that don’t like customers work in a customer service environment. I eat at this Olive Garden once a week and usually the service is amazing. I just ate there last night and I’m not sure if it has new managers all of a sudden but m my server was horrible and so was the manager, just absolutely rude!!! For the past seven years I have been getting the soup and salad once a week every week. Now I won’t lie not every week I go to this particular Olive Garden it depends on where I’m working that week, usually I will go to the one in the Woodlands or the one in Cypress but more than likely I will be at the one here in Memorial city. I ordered a soup and salad for my daughter and I and usually I don’t ask for a to go soup I usually will have a little extra in my bowl and just asked for to go container to put the rest of my soup in. But every time regardless of the Olive Garden that I’m at I always get asked would I like a soup to go sometimes I say yes sometimes I say no. Last night I asked for soup to go and the waiter told me well we usually we charge for a to go soup, but I’m gonna go ahead and give it to you for free. First of all why did he even have to say that😒 and then he left to go get the soups and did not come back for 15 minutes and then he didn’t even come back his rude manager came back and she had an attitude and then she left. So I turned to my daughter and said I wonder if we offended our server by asking him for a to go soup and if that’s why he sent his manager, and she turned around and said is there anything else I can help you with with an attitude. I responded and stated yes our server, since I knew he didn’t want to come back to our table since he was hardly there in the first place. It was just a horrible experience all around. If I decide to go back to that restaurant if I get seated with this specific server I will asked to be resat. I come in to spend my money and have a wonderful experience, this makes me not want to go back to this location even though it’s the closest location to me I will probably go out of my way and drive to another location, because when you have a wonderful experience you want to go back but when you have a horrible experience and they’re just rude you just don’t even want to eat at that location anymore. I will continue to have my soups and salads every week somewhere else, because I love it it’s light it’s easy it fills me up and it’s not...

Exceptional Dining Experience at Olive Garden with Jamil!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden and I must say, it was an absolute delight. One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Jamil. From the moment I entered the restaurant until the time I left, Jamil's attentiveness and professionalism were unmatched.

Jamil's friendly demeanor and warm smile immediately set the tone for the evening. He guided us through the menu with ease, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with patience. His extensive knowledge of the dishes and their ingredients made our decision-making process effortless.

Throughout the evening, Jamil consistently demonstrated his dedication to ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. He kept a close eye on our table, ensuring our beverages were promptly refilled and our needs were met. With each course, he skillfully delivered our plates, presenting them with an inviting and appetizing appeal.

Moreover, Jamil's attention to detail truly impressed me. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, effortlessly maneuvering through the restaurant, attending to every table with grace. His promptness and efficiency never compromised the quality of his service, and he made sure we felt valued as guests.

Furthermore, Jamil's professionalism extended beyond his service skills. He consistently checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our meals and took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making us feel like honored guests. His genuine interest in our dining experience was truly refreshing.

It is worth mentioning that Jamil's excellent teamwork with the kitchen staff was evident in the flawless execution of our meals. Every dish was prepared to perfection, beautifully presented, and served with impeccable timing. His coordination with the rest of the Olive Garden team added a harmonious touch to the evening.

In conclusion, my experience at Olive Garden was elevated to new heights thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jamil. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for his customers truly made a difference in our dining experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Olive Garden, along with the exceptional service of Jamil, for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy another delightful meal with Jamil's...

The only reason why my son and I came today was because he loves Olive Garden. He loves playing on the game console. I always order the tour of Italy and I like to share with my son because even though it’s soooo good, it’s a lot of food and my son barely eats. I also said yes to coming to Olive Garden today because it was close to his therapy location and I was starving since 3 pm. I needed a pick-me-up. I was tired and been working all last week, and on my thing!!

I informed the waitress I was starving and she hopped to. I love a good waitress!!! She understood the assignment. My food came cannon balling out. She was so busy with other tables but never forgot about my son and I and she was just so kind.

Another thing I also appreciated was when I told them the fettuccine Alfredo wasn’t up-to-par, they didn’t have an attitude with me. They took the constructive criticism and investigated the situation better than a cop in his early 20’s (or so all cops act like they’re in their mid 20’s still and heart broken over some girl they had no business fooling around with in the first place) haha anyways!

The manager explained to me what the problem was and I am just so happy as us Americans that there is hope yet for us. And I know it sounds a little crazy, but the little things should not be taken for granted.

When I went to Jason’s deli last year—I think it was. I told them that their potato salad tasted old. It didn’t taste good. The cashier I told, went and tasted it and she looked at me from the salad bar and said, “It tastes fine” I said I’m not eating that. And then she gets another lady and tells her what I told her and she walks over to the salad bar and aggressively says “there’s nothing wrong with it” How I felt in this situation was disgusted. I go to Jason’s Deli a lot with my son. One of our favourite places but their attitudes were absolutely absurd. So the way that the manager reacted today at Olive Garden, to my criticism made me feel like I wasn’t crazy and that my opinion does matter and Im glad that he also...

This is the one of the best if not the best Olive Garden I have been to in Houston. The service was impeccable and the food was very freshly made. The lunch special was a very affordable deal considering you get a more manageable portion along with either soup/salad and bread sticks. I had the Chicken Parm with spaghetti while my wife had the Chicken Alfredo. Both of the meals were delicious and you could tell had just come out of kitchen because plates were really hot. The chicken parm might have taken 1st prize though. Our server Graham was outstanding and made this a memorable experience cracking a joke or two and often checking in on us like we were dining at a family owned restaurant rather than a corporate chain...He would be a great resource to train younger staff on top-notch hospitality, attitude, and attentiveness and other locations. Its this type of hospitality along with fresh food that will have us coming back to this location in Memorial City specifically! Also I wish Olive Garden would make all locations require such good management and hospitality because we certainly haven't seen that at their locations on Main Street by NRG stadium and their location alongside Southwest freeway.

A Flavorful Family Feast at Olive Garden My family and I recently dined at Olive Garden, craving their famous endless salad, warm breadsticks, and that comforting bowl of Gnocchi soup—and we were not disappointed. The experience was just as satisfying as we remembered. We kicked things off with an appetizer of crispy cheese sticks paired with marinara sauce, perfectly complemented by a refreshing raspberry lemonade. The balance of crispy and cheesy with the tang of the marinara made for a great start. For the main courses, we went all out. I ordered the carbonara loaded with fried chicken strips and shrimp—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. We also tried the baked zucchini over a bed of spaghetti topped with marinara sauce, which was hearty and satisfying. Another standout was the grilled chicken Alfredo, enhanced with broccoli and shrimp—a well-balanced dish that delivered on both flavor and texture. Every dish was delicious, and the attentive service made the experience even better. We left full and happy, already planning our next visit.
