Today I have experienced the worst experience EVER. As I walk in with an academy cart that I already had prior to shopping inside of Nordstrom rack, with my 8 month old baby at the top, his car seat in the middle and diaper bag at the bottom, the loss prevention then stopped me and said I need to get a Ross cart instead. I then asked where does the policy say I canât shop if I donât switch carts and he still went on to say itâs a policy and he then called the store manager. I then asked the store manager to show me the policy and he then told me heâs not certain of how to look up the policy but he was told that. After 10 minutes of being told I couldnât shop because of that I then asked for the corporate number. Your operator Sandra then informed me that itâs a company policy and they are not required to show me the policy. I was embarrassed in front of people and the whole thing made me feel like I was going to steal!! If your customers ask for policies you are required to show that proof. I will be making a bigger deal about this because for me as a mother carrying all my baby personal belongings and shopping is already hard enough and for YOUR COMPANY to deny me as a customer shows the value and core your company carries for itself. Donât shop here if your a mother because they donât care about you, your baby, your time or have...
Read moreWe stayed in return line, but Kim who standed on the return counter, called person with the purchases. She didn't help us with the return. When we called menager he wasn't attentive to the problem. And told us it's unfair to other costumers with the purchuses if they would accept our return first. But the return line must be for the returns because we came almost at the same time with other people. Even couple with the purchases stoped by us and asked if we shoud go first cause they knew they came little bit after us, and Kim standed on a return counter and called them. In addition to that when we standed in the return line, Kim asked us if we want to return, then rudely orderd to stand by the other side of the return sign. We were the only who standed for the return though. There ware 2 lines by the sides of the plate. It was inappropriate and rude told, and it doesnt matter from which side we could stand...
Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience today at this Ross location with an employee named Myshella. When I went to check out, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, telling me to go back to the line because she hadnât called anyone yet. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.
On top of that, I also witnessed her throwing clothes into a fitting room for another customer, simply because the customer didnât know carts werenât allowed inside. The woman was so uncomfortable that she left right after.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service at all. Ross should take better care in how employees...
