ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered 3 drinks tonight and cashier said had to be with ice!! Called to talk to supervisor did nothing to resolve issue at hand! Wouldn’t even offer a solution knowing it was close to closing time! Called my husband a liar that his cashier would never instruct to order drinks with ice! I told him to review surveillance before making acquisitions! All because they were being lazy and didn’t want to modify the machine was the excuse!! I had no idea this location had so many POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES after reading recent reviews IT MAKES SENSE now and YES THIS IS THE RIGHT LOCATION KATY FWY BUNKER HILL !!! Here is a thought without customers you have no business !! THIS IS WHY PLACES FAIL TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!! Without them there is no business!! If I could give this place a 0 I would. They were so rude and aggressive. I asked for a winter melon milk tea and the girl at the front aggressively corrected me by saying “you mean a winter melon creama” which is not what I wanted. I wanted a winter melon with fresh milk, but they made the drink anyways and when I complained and asked for the correct drink that I ordered, the girl at the register slammed the old drink in the trash yelling “so you don’t want it”. At this point I was just ready to get a refund and leave. I then realized that the drinks had a $2 price difference and I was never offered a refund or my money back. Finally, when the drink was ready she slid it on the counter along with the straw, which almost fell of the counter from how aggressively it was shoved. They were all very rude and obnoxious. I love this place although I believe their employees are currently confused which flavor is Taro and which is Red Bean. When ordering I pointed to a picture of the drink I wanted featuring purple Taro and was corrected by the employee who said the picture was red bean and above the picture was written in permanent marker "Red Bean". The employee said he could make the drink with Taro for me. When I received the drink I noticed the tea was a light reddish color and not the usual Taro purple color. I never order red bean so I tried and it was good but definitely tasting like bean and not nutty like Taro. Not wanting to wait for a redo I went with it.
