The Paleta Bar — Restaurant in Houston

Updated: So many things they can do if they want make thing right. Like text me, leave a feedback from google map. They chose to attempt to one single phone call, knowing I had mailbox and not leaving any message and that is it. Looks like they really don't really care what you serve you and they are proud of letting you know that. Yea, these words maybe a little be irrational but they are the showcase of my level of disappointment.

I bought probably at least 20 cups of fruit and chocolate here. Just keep going back here for month. And today I got very disappointed that I got spoiled watermelon from them. I called them to warn them and the girl picked up the phone sounds not caring and gave no compensation at all. I literally just ate spoiled watermelon and felt sick in my stomach. Their service is always OK. The interaction is not the best but good enough for me everytime. But this really made me very upset. I know everything has the end. Just didn't expect it comes this way. Probably never...

Finally got to try this place out after seeing it on TikTok.

The Atmosphere is like any other ice cream shop, could use a little bit more decorations on the wall and updated chairs and tables to sit while you eat, looked more of a grab n' go place than to sit and enjoy. They do have a few spots outside to sit though

Ice cream bar had a lot of variety of popsicles! 75% of different creamy options and 25% of Icey options!

You choose a popsicle you like and have an option to dip it in dark, milk, or white chocolate fully or half of it. You then can add 1 or 2 toppings on top.

For the price of it, it's standard now for an ice cream stick with toppings you get!

I got the banana paleta dipped in milk chocolate with pecan. I've been to the paleta bar 3 times so far, and banana is my favorite so far. I love how creamy and delicious it is. It doesn't taste like artificial banana thank goodness. This location did not have the banana paleta the first time I came so I had settled for coconut. My boyfriend usually gets the abuelita paleta and it tastes just like it. Recently he got a paleta shake with the abuelita paleta. He liked it better than just the paleta by itself. Very nice and quick customer service. The only negative thing I'd say about this location is that is it very small...
