So much to unpack here, but I will start with saying how excited to work with this company. I was referred to them by a personal friend and as a home developer, I was looking at doing business with them in the future however, I was promised to receive a product.
Within 2 to 4 weeks as long as I provided them with the architectural drawings I was reassured that I would receive a proposal from Emmanuel. However, his response again was to remind me about the 10% fee that would needed to be paid at which point I had noting to look at or approve.
This was in November.
My assistant followed up at the beginning of the year and was told that the store was closed for the holiday and he had sent an email to me personally -keep in mind I never provided him my contact information.
At that point he backtracked again and stated that he explained he was busy and overwhelmed in December and but that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to present me with a design. He reached out to my assistant, and he stated he needed the 10% to provide the initial quote.
I asked him on multiple occasions what were the steps in the process so I would be clear on what I’m paying for.
He told me that we need to have a design meeting in person & at that point we would finalize the design and then he would provide the 3D render.
I asked him why are you continuing to ask me about the 10% rather than showing me something that is going to make me want to pay the 10%
At that point I expressd my disheartening experience with Emmanuel.
After doing so I was assigned to two other designers. After a couple of weeks I was scheduled another meeting to hopefully see a design that I would be happy with & unfortunately none of what I expressed & selected for my home was part of the presentation.
The designers had a completely different look than what I discussed at the showroom when I began this journey.
This was the second time I was completely let down by this company & again a waste of my time . Like anyone else I do not appreciate my time being wasted like this not to mention it doesn’t make me feel like a valued customer.
At this price point service is a key, I don’t feel like that is an unreasonable expectation. They wanted another opportunity to make things right and let’s just say that it is not been anything short of a disappointment, every step along the way.

My salesperson and designer, Emmanuel, is a pleasure to work with. From my very first call about the project, he and CAM Studio have exceeded my expectations. They have a thorough design process that includes concepting, detailed design, material and color selection, lighting design, shop drawings, and final order sign-off.
I want to specifically highlight how grateful I am for Emmanuel's ability to create an amazing solution for our his-and-hers closets, which was challenging due to a constrained floor plan and the need to have separate walk-in closets adjoining our respective bathrooms. We had previously started designs with another company that couldn't develop a concept we could get excited about. However, once I engaged with Emmanuel, he quickly iterated through four concepts with me, and the fourth was a home run – meeting all our needs and looking amazing. He worked closely with my architect and me to ensure everything fit perfectly. CAM Studio also provided great suggestions on color, material, and lighting, helping us feel even more confident in our designs.
