This is by far one of my favorite places for burgers and fries, especially their sweet potato fries! I usually get my order to go, so I haven't been inside since the recent renovations. I CAN say, however, that the drive-through situation is much better now that they have added the additional window. The parking lot congestion and flow is 100% improved. I will say that this place is quite pricey compared to others, but the quality of the food that you get is superior, especially for drive-through food. It's hard for me to pass by without stopping for lunch or dinner. I have a friend who lives nearby who knows that any time I come to her place, I will have stopped to pick up Becks Prime on the way. The food always smells wonderful and tastes even better. I have never been disappointed.

Gross food and rude people. I ordered online and when I arrived the drive thru was not only a weird layout, but the girl acted all upset and bothered that I didn’t automatically know this restaurant’s operations. She had a huge attitude with me just for being confused. I honestly didn’t say anything cause I just wanted to eat. I ordered a veggie burger and sweet potato fries. The fries are okay I guess, I mean they’re fries. I’ve had better and these are not worth $6, a small amount too! I opened my burger to see almost no sauce (I asked for mayo) there was MAYBE a teaspoon in the middle. I luckily have mayo but then I bit in and it was so gross. Mushy, tangy, and orange. It was nasty. I threw it away promptly. Definitely not coming back.

Food quality is very good but you pay for it! Our simple lunch for 2 was almost $40 which is a lot for a hamburger, fries a salad entree and 2 drinks! Where they lost points on this review was the sticky yucky tables inside the dining area. It was just after 1:30 the lunch crowd was pretty much gone and they really needed to give all the tables a good wiping down with a soapy towel, very unappealing to have your arms stick to the table while you eat.

This was my first time back at Beck's since I was living outside of the country, and this was my most disappointing dining experience since I moved back! I got a regular hamburger with fries and boyfriend got the ribeye sandwich with a baked potato. The hamburger was a good size, juicy, but it was lacking flavor. The fries were yuck.... but I'm also not a fan of this type of french fry. The ribeye sandwich was certainly not impressive with an extremely think piece of meat and just very blah. The baked potato as a side dish cost ~$7 and it was tiny! For what they served, you could easily go to the grocery store, buy the potato, and the toppings and still have Luke by of cash to spare. We will full at the end, but it was but far the least satisfying meal we've ever had. I also got the chocolate peppermint shake which was VERY minty and probably the best part of our meal. As much as I love mint, I'd have preferred it to be a touch less minty. In total the meal was about $38.

I am also not a fan of anything at this location... There are very few parking spaces and parking is tight, especially if one person jacks up their parking job and ruins it for everyone else (which is what happened when we went). Honestly the idea to put a restaurant here just felt like an after thought. There isn't much seating, The bench seating is up a lot higher than the regular chairs and it's honestly too high for the tables (I'm only 5'4"... my feet dangled). It was a diner experience gone bad. The drink machine is behind the counter where you order and there is no free source of napkins. You have to go back up to the counter to ask for napkins... The napkins only come when you're food is ready.

Last, but certainly not least the customer service was sub par.

In summary, don't eat here. Fuddrucker's is a million times better at EVERYTHING for a better price. This meal was worth $5 at best, most...

The food here, unlike other fast food franchises, is made when it's ordered and never sits under a heating laamp waiting for someone to order it. With their high end ingredients they simply can't afford that. Imagine the staff having to throw away five tederloin sandwhiches at the nights end. That would eat up revenue very quickly and would eventually put them in chapter nine. My husband and I actually, in fact, order the tenderloin sandwhich when we go here. They are cooked to order and, for us per our request, always come out a perfect medium rare. The rest of the sandwhich, which is simple and excellent due to that simplicity, has only lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise and is served on a hamburger bun. I alway add salt to mine when it comes to me but I particularly like salt while my husband loathes it. I have also, in the past had their burgers, chicken sandwhich and steak plates and I have, by no means, ever found anything there thay I disliked or wasn't cooked perfectly to begin with (it just so happens that myself and my husband are hooked on the tenderloin sandwich). This is classified at a fast food restaurant and has a drivethrough, however, becasuse, as I stated earlier, the food is always made fresh when you order it, even the fries or sweet potato fries etc.. it takes a minimum of five minutes to get your food but it is well worth the wait. (On a side note regarding this franchise, I have never found a Becks Prime in the Houston area that wasn't just as good and efficient as this location.) You should definitely visit one, you won't be disappointed and we will continue to frequent this location and any...

This place was really really AMAZING! The inside decor brought me a sense of an old-time and upscale Argentine bar (although I haven't been to Argentina actually Lol!) The background Spanish music was gracious and fabulous. I ordered the mostly reviewed dishes on Yelp-the garlic chips, the chicken stuffed mushrooms, and the endive salads. The waiter (one of the brothers) was very informative. He introduced us special dishes of the day and let us know that the mushroom usually comes with two but they can make it three (since we have three persons), which was really considering. After I ordered all the dishes I turned to the wine list, which really confounded me since I never ordered wine before and that they have such a myriad of selections. The endive salad was really great-the bitter endive leafs tasted not bitter at all and was flavorful. The chips tasted different than most other counterparts-crispier and with really good garlic flavor! The rib-eye was the highlight-crispy outside and very juicy inside. When accompanied with the sauce, your taste bud will be truly satisfied. The smashed potato side was never like those you can find in another common steakhouse since they were conscientiously smashed-they melt in your mouth! Overall super service and food and very romantic ambience. If you don't order the wines prices can be reasonable for a place like this. (all their plates are large!) Next time I will definitely try the NZ lamb which is their signature dish as...
