What an amazing experience. Considering I have been working in sales and customer service for many many years I really and truly value providing customers with an amazing experience whether in person or over the phone. With that in mind I am very critical about the level of customer care and professionalism I receive from sales people I work with. Will went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I had Will reach out to me after inquiring online about lowering my rates with insurance. He took time to inform me about pricing and coverage and to make sure the new quote fit my budget and my needs. Not only did he make it personal, but he also took time to address any concerns I had with my previous insurance company ensuring that those concerns would not be an issue here. This location originally reached out about my Renter's Insurance renewal by Lexi. She walked me through what I needed to do to get it renewed, and also pitched me a bundle for insurance and a health plan. Normally I yawn and say nay, as insurance prices have been crazy lately. But she was very attentive and generated a package that ended up saving me 50 bucks a month, with a health plan, and more coverage than I had with the competitor! (Hint: it didn't take me even 15 minutes to switch to State Farm and save money on my car insurance). ALSO fun fact a lot of insurance companies charge more if you pay monthly vs all at once for a 6 month premium, State Farm is the same price either way 🤙🏽

I worked with Service Agent Danny and he was fantastic. I filled out a quote form online and sent a text message (on a Sunday). (The quote form was very precise too! Told me exactly the monthly payment and the yearly payment options.) I was contacted Monday morning via email, phone call, and text message. He was very easy to talk to, thorough, and scheduled a follow up call appointment time the next day. He was flexible in working around my restrictive work hours and tight turn around timeline for securing a new insurance policy. Although I only purchased renter's insurance, he did offer me other services I could bundle. Danny even found a discount that could lower my monthly/yearly payments.
