The website to book was a little confusing. So I called and spoke with the barber to help me book on the website so he did great! He told me the app needed a credit card on file ONLY just to hold my time slot to know I am serious about that time.I said ok coo. So we hung up because I had it from there. What he didn’t tell me was the app wanted to charge me before service was rendered? So I called the barbershop bk and questioned the booking process? He said I have a Business to run and this is how I do it. I said ok sir I respect that but I can not pay for anything without seeing the finishing product. I said thank you anyway then I hung up.
