I ordered the vermicelli bowl with Grilled Pork with Egg Roll. I used to love it! So I was happily eating my grilled pork. I ordered it to go, btw. I then took a bite of the egg roll, which is usually cut in half when I dine-in. The Grilled pork and minced meat eggrolls are usually a delightful burst of flavors! NOT this time, it was horrible and the texture of a long whole shrimp in my egg roll was so unexpected, I was disgusted with the smell of the shrimp. Here I am eating PORK and I get this giant shrimp in a egg roll, it ruined my lunch. I called and i was informed that the egg rolls are not outsourced anymore but made in house now! I went there for this dish and Pho Binh totally messed this dish for me. Had I known , I would have ordered the plain grilled pork or grilled shrimp . I have always enjoyed this place and other items I have tried are flavorful but what a disappointment with that egg roll!

This place was okay we got here for the Indian place next-door which was packed and had the longest wait ever which is why we had to settle for this pho place next-door. Although we were excited by seeing the reviews and it looks certified the food was a bit disappointing. We started off with fried egg rolls which tasted okay however it was four tiny ones. We followed the appetiser with bhan mi and we’re not impressed with it at all the bread wasn’t that great and the fillings were sparse. After that we ordered pho P 11 and P 12. I would say this was the only saviour for the place that earned them three stars. While the pho was decent, the service was mediocre and I am not sure we will be back here again. We waited forever for the server to get us the check at the end of our meal. I also got an iced coffee to give it a try and hoping it would improve the score but it continued to disappoint.

We've been here twice, and were blown away both times by how fantastic Pho Bing is. First off, the food is AMAZING. Bang for buck, it has to be one of the top spots in Houston - and that's saying a lot! The service is some if the best we've experienced anywhere. Legitimately. The staff is super attentive and friendly (we had Tiana and she was awesome), and the restaurant is SUPER clean. Tables are spaced out, not cramped together, and overall just a great atmosphere for any occasion. They were very accommodating for our 2 year old son, as well. We went once during the week, and once on a Saturday lunch, and both times we were throughout impressed. If I could give this place more stars, I would!
