I have been coming to this store for a very long time giving them my business ; I purchased a pair of high heels really early in the morning as soon as they opened . I was pressuring rushing to work so I take full accountability on the fact that I didn’t try them on. I got the size I usually always get on heels but they didn’t end up fitting me . I didn’t have the receipt but I had The transaction on your my app . I go back today and before doing a new purchase I confirm with a man I believe is the manager if I can return them. I explained everything on how I don’t have a receipt and how I removed their tags cus I was actually trying to wear them. He said they could do like store credit so I went ahead and walked around to buy yet again more stuff. Once I get to the cashier they simply let that same manager do my new transaction , once I’m getting ready to pay for my stuff thinking he’ll give me store credit he sees the heels inside the Ross bag and told me he couldn’t do the store credit because it didn’t have the tag ; even though I had already cleared that up upon arrival WITH HIM. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause any embarrassment I simply paid for all my stuff and even left the heels because they weren’t any use to me since they didn’t fit me. I paid for it with my card , wasted my money , tried to still give them my business, even left them the heels and at the end I wasn’t even helped with and I lost money ....
Read moreI went there 2 weeks before Christmas to pick up some stocking stuffers and a few other things. The store looked like a bomb had gone off in it and that the shelves had not been straightened out since Thanksgiving!
However the worst part was that the line to check out went to the back of the store and bent around the corner. I honestly considered laying my items down and walking out. It took me 1hour to get to a register. As I began to approach the registers the reason became clear. There were only 1/2 of the registers open!
In what retail world does it make any sense to have 50% of your registers open two weeks before Christmas on a Friday at 5pm? There seemed to be one prissy little manager walking around looking at the chaos but then he just disappeared when he should have grabbed a set up and opened a register himself! As a matter of fact every employee who knew how, with the exception of loss prevention and security, needed to get on a register and get things going. My cashier was extremely polite and efficient and she did a great job but COME ON ROSS!, do a better job scheduling help and if you get caught short get on the phone and get other people in to help. I will NEVER wait in line like that again. It...
Read moreokay. they discriminate against you by wanting to make a return. today I wanted to return a pair of my daughter's shoes and they did not want to receive them with the excuse that they were dirty. (they had a stain on them) I told them that it wasn't my problem because that's how they were when I took them. and I had not noticed that they had a stain. My daughter never once used them and I mentioned them to her and then the manager arrived and the cashier and the manager very discriminating told me that she did not receive them so she supposedly went to check in the cameras and that clearly the stain was not there when I took them I carried . really? I hardly looked at them when the cashier said it was dirty. I hadn't even noticed that they were dirty and I threw them on the counter. and she told me that she couldn't go back. They make me angry and I'm pregnant. I think it's not right for them to discriminate against me and not take advantage of them that way either. It is not the way to serve customers. bad...
