Hi , I just need to share this review with all the audience. I went many , many times at this place for years because I love it … and this time I was disappointed and very impressed what I look ! One of my super master apple looks horrible inside all over … and I ask them to make it slices the apple was brawn how they be possible that they didn’t see it while they cutting off inside ?

Omg it make me feel angry 😡 because I live in Katy I went to memorial city mall just for the apples … 25 min driving 🥲

Also I call and talk to Bryan the manager ..he says come back and I replace you with another Apple . No apology at all …

Manager supposed to apologize the clients and yes absolutely replace the product and not only that , no charge you because is there fault for not checking what they sell to the customer…. the time is valuable for everyone plus your trip back and forth… all the last months this place was not even good enough like year before...

Like it? Love it? I'lllllllll admit this store is a little pricey. . .BUT the candy apples are worth it! I've been coming here for at least 20 years, and I love that this store is still open. It's right near an entrance to the mall so it's super easy to find, get in and get out.

I've always had the sweetest sweet tooth, and admittedly I've only ever purchased their candy apples and caramel apples over the years. Usually, I only treat myself to this place on the rarest occasions, and it's always worth it, because the QUALITY of their granny Smith apples is the BEST!

Lol well the best I've ever had, and I've tried alot of apple varieties to even match the crisp goodness of the apples here! And none compare 😌

I also enjoy just looking at their window display because it's so gorgeous and magical. It doesnt matter what time of the year it is, this place's decorum always has THE VIBE and makes it feel like "Tis...

The chocolate is really good and I love the apples. The reason for the 1 star is not the business but the employees. I have never been in a business where you ask for something, point at the exact item you are requesting and they grab the complete opposite item, not just once but three times! I was speaking clearly and she repeated it back to me then grabbed something totally different. I had to have her put back the item twice before giving up and leaving. Then my daughter asked for a couple of items and the guy grabbed one thing, set it down and starting helping another group and said to us have a good life. We hadn’t even got rung out. The chocolate sat on the counter. I spoke up and informed him just for him to say she needed to hold on until he helped the next group. The woman then asked if she could get us anything just to mess the order up again. 10 on quality but 0 on wanting to return....
