This is my first time ordering something from Daniel & Co. I watched their livestream, placed an order, and just received my order today. This is my try out before I buy more expensive items from the company. I was excited and looking forward to receiving my order in the mail today. I was really disappointed when my earrings come without a box. They are just in a little pouch making them look really cheap. I also ordered a loose lab diamond, which comes in the sleeve with the certificate. I don't know if boxes are expensive or if the company doesn't value their customers enough. I've ordered jewelry online many times before with different companies. My jewelry orders always come with boxes and nicer presentation. This is by far the worst packaging that I received from any company. I give this review a three star for the product itself. The earrings were nice looking. The shipping is slow, but acceptable. The receipt says all sales are final so you really have to be careful when placing orders. Also, their policies on shipping and pricing are also strict. I read reviews about this company before I placed my order, but their customer service through Facebook messaging is not reliable. One person said I can share livestream and I'll get a discount. I shared livestream and was told by someone else "no, you have to buy over $1,000 to get the discount." So they don't honor what another employee told the customer previously. Maybe their in-store customer service is better. I don't know. Honestly, I do like their products, but I don't know if I want to place any future orders that would need to be...
