I was just so surprised at how rude the staff were, I went in, there was no line so I walked to the front waiting for the girl in front to call me over cause I saw she was writing something out. she never acknowledged me, for a good 5 minutes she stayed writing on the paper until a man from the back comes and he still has me wait a few more minutes as they converse in front of me while making eye contact with me the entire time still not acknowledging me. After a while the man asked me āif I was ready to orderā as if Iām the one we were waiting on. The entire transaction all he said was what would you like, and my total. A simple āhey Iāll be right with youā would have made a world of a difference. Then While waiting I thought okay maybe itās the manās time to do the front and the woman was doing something else, but no right after me some other girls came in and she helped them right away. Made me feel pretty sure that she was just ignoring me then for a good while. Thanks for letting me know to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy sister and I were looking for a night time snack before heading home and she was craving something crunchy. We found this place and she was delighted. Unfortunately, they did not have the squid ink dog available, and neither the taiyaki or big su since we came at closing. The business hours were not updated on Google yet. Due to COVID they now close at 9pm NOT 10pm.
We got to try the potato mozzarella, gamsung (potato), ramyun noodle chips, and jumbo hotdogs. They were yummy, great texture, and freshly cooked. The breading was not too overbearing and they offered parmesan, onion powder, ketchup, and honey mustard as dipping. They also asked if we wanted to sprinkle sugar on the outside of any hotdogs. Sugar on the potato mozzarella was super delicious! Our total came to $18 for 4 hotdogs.
Great place to snack. I bet even better when all items on the menu...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePros: the flavor of their hotdogs is ok. If you've never had a Korean hotdog it's worth trying. Cons: they got my order severely wrong. Then it took 20 minutes to get my order; this food is just not worth that wait. Also, if you want ice cream, Gelato Cup and Aqua across the street both have way better stuff.
I asked for 1 sweet potato hotdog and 1 taro cup ice cream, but because they didn't show me the screen to confirm my order I didn't see that they put in 2 regular potato hotdogs and 1 vanilla cup ice cream until after I had paid. The cashier even read my order to me and it was exactly what I asked for--but that wasn't what was on the order.
Personally, I won't be coming back because it's just not worth it, but I would recommend giving them a try if you've...
