I have been going to Devanand Yoga Center for about a month. I am absolutely delighted with my experience. This Yoga center provides positive and calming environment. I have noticed very good improvement in my flexibility. Mantra chanting at beginning of every class provides a positive feeling and meditation at end of session provides a calming effect. Highly impressed with Yoga instructor Amit. He is truly a top-notch instructor and his knowledge on yoga is exceptional. They say the most beautiful of the things are least spoken of. This is one such place that brings harmony and peace to body and mind with their singing, chanting, stretching and relaxing. I attended 2 years ago and had to quit when I moved out of the town. You will be fortunate to attend the sessions of gifted instructors like Rafael (Hatha yoga), Balaka (Nidra Yoga) and Aileen.
