WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Apparently they think asking for help at the store is a crime and I should be put in prison. So here it goes: Asked one of the men to cut the meat but he refused so I asked him if someone else could help me. He literally ignored me 4 times while I'm standing there where they cut the meat. After being ignored, I went to find someone else who said to go back to the meat area. I told him he refused to help me and he replied, go to the owner then, I don't know. I went to the owner and he was nice enough to help me and I mentioned to him that one of their meat guys refused to help me. The owner started to laugh and said, "Oh, he is mentally unstable. If you give him 2 things to do, he can't handle it. He has some issues, he thinks he is the president". After that, I went to pay for the meat and the tag from some of the meat that I got cut was not there. The cashier lady asked me where the tag is and I replied he must have removed it by mistake. She handed the meat back to me and said go get the tag. I wanted to yell at her but instead I went looking for the guy and the precious tags. Couldn't find him and by then I was angry enough so I went back and told her I couldn't find him. She was not very happy and finally was able to get the price tag by asking another guy for help. The entire time she acted like I inconvenienced her and made her do SUCH a tough job. Never going back here. Apparently customer service is not a thing...

They instantly accessed our card details and executed a $80,000.00 transaction just right after we bought around $500.00 of groceries and items from this “halal” meat shop. I'm not sorry that I am having to say that they are fraudsters. We have been scammed. Never paid attention to the prices for the groceries they sold. Reading others comments, others were charged more for their groceries. As evidence/proof, I'll attach our bank transaction history/statement. The actions of these people are very CHEAP!!!

The odor/smell of the meat was really unpleasant (foul/probably rotten?) after we cooked it. It also smelled like it was rancid. Even worse, the taste of the meat was terrible. And the bones came with a price tag? The bones, too, were of poor quality. I wish we had taken the photos, but after spending the amount of money, meat is no longer useful to us. Will try to attach as many pics as we can. We need to put this out there, especially what they have done to us as well. And I believe it as we read the remarks of others. They've also sold others bad meats with such a horrible odor. The butcher seems to be too clever to be a butcher.

If this is exactly the response we are getting from the owner because we tried mentioning our complain. If this claim cannot be taken then we can just send over the police. We have everything with the proofs. Good luck...
