Wasn't bad. It's a buffet, there are good things and not so good things to eat. It's mainly preference on what you pick but everything I ate was decent. You can't expect everything to be freshly cooked. There were a few things that looked like they been out for a while but again....it's a buffet. I see alot of bad reviews on the food but folks don't understand how difficult it is to run such a business. My advice, if it don't look right, skip it. I also see alot of bashing on staff. I got treated right and they were nice. But I also went in with a mind set of knowing it isn't a 5 star restaurant. These people are human and have emotions..... sometimes bad but mostly good.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about the place due to the reviews I read. But I have little to no complaints. The food was really good in my opinion and they kept on refilling the food once it was low. People said that service was bad but the server kept on coming to pick up our empty plates and would give us refills.(unlike how other reviews say) Yes some of the food was warm not hot but that was due to the time I got there but once they refilled the food it was nice and hot. I didn’t get a chance to add the crab as a picture but my grandma sure did love it she got 2 plates and enjoyed them.

My fiance and I have been here three times just this month. The food is always fresh and plentiful. The waitresses are very attentative and polite. We were even recognized this evening for having stopped in before. The two guard statues at the entrance is probably my favorite part of the experience as I always mimick a handshake and offer a quick bow for the family to get a laugh in. Not to mention the beautiful waterfall just inside in the lobby. Always a good time. Always good food. And we never forget our ice cream cone on the way out! -The Bearded White Guy

Extremely rude waiter (younger Asian woman with ponytail serving the area next to icecream machine) who got angry at me for not tipping her, she didn’t bring me a refill I asked her 5 times for water and she ignored me, my table was full off plates and wouldn’t take them. When I payed she was like “no tip my service not good?” To which I honestly replied to with a simple “No!” She got outraged and slammed the plates on my table and she knocked down the condiments and left in anger with the receipt!

How dare she have the audacity to ask for a tip when she gave me horrible service and has the nastiest attitude! Also tipping isn’t mandatory so the level of unprofessionalism this woman showed when I decided not to tip her for Her bad service just left me lackluster! Never coming back here! To the girl who served me tonight, fix your attitude and learn basic costumer service skills maybe then you’ll get tipped, or is time for you to re-think your career, don’t take your failures in life on otters!!!

The food is bland, cold, and off they lack a wide selection. Never coming back! Also, managers are extremely rude and have bad attitudes, no wonder the server feels like she can demand for tips and be rude to people. Absolutely...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was an absolute zoo! The hibachi grill area was filthy; the guy behind the grill didn't speak English and acted irritated when I told him to substitute Sriracha Chili Sauce in place of Teriyaki sauce, which was on the shelf behind him. The entire area where you pick assorted veggies & meats for the grill was just as filthy as the grill ... sticky. After he begrudgingly cooked what I picked, I lost any appetite I thought I had and opted for salad and fruit. Kids were running around like little wild animals everywhere unsupervised. The waitress station was right next to our booth; she never bothered to remove any of the plates from the table and had to be asked for a check. I'm always a conscientious 15-20% tipper due to being a waitress while in college, but this was the first time in my life I refused to leave a dime. The place was pathetic! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and he didn't blink an eye ... it was as if it was business as usual! I would have been better off giving someone homeless the $22 I paid for two meals. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere...

I've been to this place a few times, today making my third time. Was drawn to the big buffet and many options to choose from. Today's experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Walked in as usual but this time they made us pay before seating us, we asked if they were getting dine and dash customers but no response. We were sat in the back corner of the first section, made our plate and ate. As we sat I saw the server seat a customer and their drink order. I looked at my partner and asked if she saw what I saw, then we saw another table pay. So it registered in my mind that this is an experience for the books prompting us to get up and ask why were we made to pay first and everyone else didn't. The manager assumed it was our first time there leaving us with an assumption we have the right to assume since he did assume it was our first time. We won't be back because how do you know when it's anyone's first time with nothing to back the claim. This made us feel it was based on our race and his assumption left us with this and...
