To make a long story short: Flats Presents is not very trustworthy and I have some apprehension about using their services for future scans.
Iāve had two 35mm rolls developed in the last two years as Iāve gotten into film photography, and my last one in April of 2025 was missing pictures (and very grainy). I had 27/36 and no response about what happened to the other images. The email correspondence people were snooty about the extended turnaround time too.
The people working inside are friendly enough and knowledgeable, but there are not enough classes to join - not broad enough either. If youāre not a stickler about the details like I am then this may be the spot for you. Iām still in between places for my most recent rolls...

I dropped a couple of my favorites below. I always recommend them to my friends so theyll stop paying more for walgreens to develop their film as they take 3 times longer and only give physical prints and no negatives! I came across old childhood slides that had never before been seen (Iām not sure my mother had ever seen baby photos of herself or as many photos with her mother) and with a seemingly impossible turnaround time they worked magic to make it happen.
