One of the only locations with a backwards price drop policy that will not protect the customer. It feels like I'm shopping at a flea market here at the Beechnut location.
Basically, if you buy anything at a legitimate retail store such as Best Buy or Amazon, they will refund you the difference if there is a price drop within 30 days without a qualifier that the item must be unopened. This is at ANY of their locations and with their online support.
This location's policy, according to the store manager named Chris, is that the item must be new AND unopened within 30 days.
This policy, the way the local manager has interpreted it, is basically screwing the majority of customers that open their item as soon as they get home.
How do you screw something up so simple when it's just a paper transaction?
