I had ordered a customized Christmas themed cookie cake on December 19, 2021 through the website. The main reason why I ordered in advance is because I knew Christmas would be a busy time. Prior to this day, I had spoken to them on the phone as to how many days would be needed to make the cookie cake. They told me that at least 2 days were needed.

The cake was supposed to be ready on December 24, 2021 at 12:00 PM, so that it could be fresh. I had arrived before 12:30 PM. My order was not available because it was given to another customer.

Granted, I was given a refund in cash at the location.

While I did not yell at the workers, but another customer might not be so nice, especially when the order was planned for Christmas.

Update: I have switched my review from one to four stars because the owner was willing to compensate with a free cookie cake...

It's my son's 14th birthday so I placed an order online for a square cookie cake. Good news, when I arrived the order was ready; bad news the word BIRTHDAY was misspelled!! The lacrosse stick I requested looked like a toddlers art work. As a matter of fact the entire writing was horrible and looked like a child's handwriting! Now for the cookie itself. Ordered a cookie for my brother's birthday. Told them to set it to 5:30pm. I get there at 5:40pm and it took them 5 minutes to find the order, and they had made the cookie but never actually decorated it. Then they rushed the decorating process and made a TERRIBLE looking cake(dont believe me just look at the photo) I didnt get the cake...
