I try to avoid this location as much as possible. I stopped coming when they had sooooo much difficulty making a menu'd drink and the employees with nasty attitudes. Its ghetto af and the only location ive ever had issues with. The employees tend to be quite rude and act like they dont want to be here. This visit was no different. This was the first in a very long time. I decided to give them another try today because I needed car work done and was waiting on them to finish. Decided to get a drink here while I wait. Im beyond patient and nice as can be, but this place sure tests my kindness. I have no problem displaying the same treatment im receiving either. Barista was on my ass the second I walked in and was so rude about it. Felt like I was being treated like a homeless person, or like I wasn't welcome. I wanted to use the app, but was fighting with it as I walked in, I had a seat to finish my app fight. Barista wanted to play 21 questions the second I sat, but was hounding me instead of asking her ?s politely. That set the tone with how she treated me the rest of my visit. I let a lot of her attitude go when I shouldn't have. Maybe shes having a bad day.. although it's no excuse.. Idk but it was weird for her to behave the way she did. She finally says are you ready to order after having me stand at the counter for quite a bit.. ermm yeah im ready. So I say Venti, french vanilla frapp please. She said oh we can't make that anymore, with an attitude. Surprised by the attitude once again and confused at what she said.. I asked oh you don't have hazelnut syrup? She said oh you wanted it done that way? That told me she knows how it's made, but instead of my yes please response being the end of it.. she choose to go on and on about it. We don't have the french vanilla syrup anymore. Again, with more attitude. At this point im over the treatment shes giving me. I said thank you I know, which is why I asked about the hazelnut and that they haven't had it in years. She didn't like that. She felt the need to exclaim with more attitude about how they don't have french vanilla syrup. I then explained to her AGAIN that I knew they didn't have the syrup anymore. She wanted to go on and on about it. Instead of just saying yes please after asking if I wanted it "made that way" and beep bop boop on the register and for me to move on and wait for my drink.. she wanted to argue. For what? Idk. It was the weirdest thing. It was beyond childish and completely unnecessary. She then decided not to ring it up as a venti although I know she heard me because she rang it up as such from the beginning.. but then changed it to a grande to be an ahole at the end. The whole visit was just completely unnecessary and over the top on her part. I just wanted to get a drink ffs. Tried to give this place another shot but deff won't be back after this trip. I've never had issues at any other location. Just...

This is unfortunately the closest Starbucks to my place. I love Starbucks as a whole. As someone who worked for Starbucks, I can confidently say that this store needs HELP big time.
Store cleanliness** The condiments bar which usually looks like nobody has done a spin in the lobby in over 2 hours looked the same as it did the last 3 times I visited this location. There were at least 3 tables that looked like they needed cleaned. The mens bathroom was ok for Starbucks standards. Come on Starbucks, WHY is everything painted GREY?!
Baristas** On this particular trip, not friendly not unfriendly, but definitely just there for a paycheck. No one is moving quickly and they do not listen well. However if you strike up small talk they will usually respond well. With the exception of 3 people I've dealt with at this location who are quite unfriendly.
Service* SLOOOOOOW. I'm a walk in customer at this store because I've been trapped in the drive thru for long periods many times over the course of the last 3 years! Even with one person in front of me in line it still took me over 15 minutes to get my beverage. I understand that there are other customers in drive thru. They only turned out a total of 6 beverages in that 15 minute period.
Drink quality * Well, it kinda tastes like my drink...with burned shots.... Having had the same order for 10 years and gotten drinks from literally dozens of Starbucks, I can honestly say this is absolutely the worst one. My shots always taste burnt. I specifically ask for my drink to be made in a certain order and they do not listen, or even bother to look for the instructions on the sticker. Once prompted to look at the sticker and given instructions again, they go on doing whatever it was they were going to do in the first place. I believe the drink quality at this place would go up considerably if they ever cleaned the espresso bar workings!
The general feeling here is that if I ask for a remake, they'll do something to my drink.
Why is this the ONLY starbucks anywhere near East End that is not in downtown?! Come on...
Read moreThis has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks! The drive through line took 30 minutes to get through, when we finally got to the speaker we told them we had placed a mobile order and gave the name. They then proceeded to tell us that the order was cancelled and a refund was requested and we were so lost…no one asked for an order cancellation or a refund. After 5 minutes of indistinct chattering on the speaker between employees they finally found the order and after another 10-15 minutes we made it to the window and first they asked what drinks we had. We then told them our 4 drinks on the order and the first one they hand us was supposed to be a Trenta iced peach green tea lemonade which was like 3/4 of the way full and they just barely held it out the window and stared at us like they were waiting for us to complain about the drink not being full. We then brought it up and they said they could add more ice…are you serious??? They also for some reason brought out the cup that was used to make the drink to show us what cup the drink was made in…I’m still lost on that part…maybe that was to show us why the cup wasn’t full, idk. I’ve never had a Starbucks hand me a 3/4 full trenta. That was ridiculous. You present a customer with a cup that’s obviously not full and then offer to add more ice…for real?? Once they gave us more ice instead of more drink, they proceeded to try and give us other people’s orders about 3 or 4 times. They finally got to 3 of our correct drinks and then tried to send us on our way without the 4th drink. We told them we were still missing 1 and they brought it out to us as well. After all that, we got no straws for the drinks as the cherry on top. Don’t go to this location. Nothing but a bunch of incompetent employees. A ridiculous wait time for a...
