I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect by a manager. I went for lunch yesterday to Cici’s with my mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law and straight off the bat, the cashier at the front was plain out rude. My brother-in-law had already ate Panda Express which is across the street… when my MIL was paying the cashier rudely told her that if he too was going to eat she said no but due to the cashiers look, my MIL said that she could charge her for him since she’s very un-confrontational, and because she thought that if she didn’t pay for him she would tell her that she had to pay. Right before us there was an elderly woman whom you could tell was mentally-disabled asking for a to go cup and the same cashier was so rudely telling her she couldn’t have one and not explaining to her why she couldn’t give her one. But that’s besides the point, after we sat down to eat my MIL realized they had given her a dirty cup… because my MIL is very un-confrontational she asked me to go change it and ask for a to-go cup because she didn’t trust that their other cups were clean and was plain-out disgusted by that cup. I waited in line because the same mentally-disabled elderly woman was there with whom I believe was her care provider because he was talking for her asking why she couldn’t get a to-go cup… After 10 minutes finally it’s my turn in line and I tell tell the young lady that the cup was dirty if I can have a to-go cup, she blatantly tells me no and hands me a regular cup, I tell her that I don’t want that cup because obviously their cups aren’t cleaned and she says she can’t give them to me because I already got a red cup and I argue with her that it’s dirty and I don’t want another red cup I want a to go cup, she tells me is 24¢ or 34¢ and I tell her that I believe I should be compensated since I got a dirty cup which was not my fault and it was the restaurant fault. She rolls her eyes at me and says she can’t give it to me then I ask to talk to her manager whom which she tells our for a “Debany” the manager comes asks me what’s the problem and tells me that she’s not going to compensate me, I explain to her what happened to me a second time and explain to her that I shouldn’t have to pay when they were the ones who gave me a dirty cup and she with a very ugly attitude tells me she can’t give me a Togo cup then hands me water cup and walks away as she is walking away I ask her for her name and she gives me the name “Elizabeth” I ask her “Didn’t she just call you Debany” and with the ugliest attitude, (she’s been giving me an attitude but this was finally when I called her out on it) she tells me “Yeah Debany, Elizabeth, that’s my name Debany Elizabeth” and looks at me so ugly that the cut moser behind me said “wow” I couldn’t believe how she was talking to me and treating me so I called her out on it, I said “I don’t need the attitude thank you” she then responded “you’re welcome” sarcastically laughing but in Spanish. Now mind you i would’ve payed those 30¢ I really didn’t care but it wasn’t about the money it was about how everyone had been treating us since we got there. I was fed up with the treatment that I didn’t want to give one cent more to that company. I deserve to be compensated. I will be calling corporate because as someone who’s worked in multiple food industries, I know that this is now how you treat a customer. And to top it off they barely had any pizzas out but that’s just the...

If I could give this place no stars I would. They don't even need one star at that... A few months ago I came here to eat with my husband at around lunch time. Seemed OK when we got there an sat down started eating.. There wasn't much pizza out to begin with... So we waited as people started coming they made more pizza. Well my husband picked up his slice of pepperoni pizza an looked like there was a piece of hair.... At the tip of the pizza so I go "no way" I picked it up an looked closer..... (I seriously want to throw up just thinking of it again)... So I looked closer an it was a ROACH!! FULL BODY ROACH! The hair that I thought it was actually was the antennas that they have.. In disgust I ran to the restroom an threw up! Came back out an took the pizza to the front an immediately the manager says what's wrong I said look at the pizza an she says omg an makes a statement to the young lady next to her an says (it must have came from under the table..) In shock I said please give me a refund an that they NEEDED TO STOP SERVING PEOPLE THAT IS DISGUSTING... All she could say was that she would give me my refund... As of that I had to return again after waiting almost a month for my refund an asked her when I returned if she had taken care of it with absolutely no response just a smile... Wow! I asked for a phone number to speak to someone in charge because obviously she hadn't addressed the issue an she gave me a email address... Im sure it wasn't the correct email as I haven't gotten a response from anyone at that location.... PLEASE!! if you could avoid this disgusting place do so! I nor will my family ever return to this...

I don’t usually go to this Cici’s, and I won’t be going back. From the layout of the store to the attitude of the employees…it was not great. There were no trays for plates. Ok. But I couldn’t actually reach the back of the vegetables at the salad bar because the glass is too big…I had to bend down and reach in, which defeats the purpose of the glass. The actual buffet area is so cramped and narrow because there’s a pole (which I understand is just construction of the building) but it makes it so uncomfortable to walk through, especially when there are a lot of people. Some of the salad and vegetables were old, the pot of marinara sauce was empty/burnt, the soup looked gross and there were plastic cups/utensils, and yes I’m complaining about plastic, so wasteful/expensive! Get silverware!! The only good thing I have to say is the cook was doing well. The pizzas and desserts did not disappoint. The cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there and the guy taking pizza orders may have just been having a bad day, but he seemed like he hated his job. This was last night, 3/22 ~7pm. Props to...

10.5.2022 @ 7:40PM The cashier didn't have a name tag on so I don't know what her name is, but she initially was going to charge me full price for a BBQ pizza with no meat as the same as a BBQ pizza with meat instead of the price for just a large pizza like ALL the other Cicis do. She claimed that it's the BBQ sauce and not the meat that makes it a specialty. However, meat clearly cost a lot more than sauce. So the fact that she would even let that come out of her mouth. And I would hope Cicis as a franchise doesn't think like that. I find it disturbing that it's always in the financially-lower-class areas where I experience issues like this where they try to overcharge. It's quite pathetic and unethical. Also, they made the pizza wrong.

What a treat - only $8 a person? My boyfriend and I were supposed to work out but somehow ended up at the Cicis pizza buffet instead. No regrets. Surrounded by zesty pepperoni pizza and face tattoos it was truly an indescribable, family friendly, affordable, incredible date night. Apparently they have a new “Piezilla” that is a massive pizza (64 slices I think) and literally feeds 15 people. Can’t wait to get one one day!! Shout out to the cinnamon winnamon rolls. Yum yum yum.

They didn't open at 11, but around 11:10 or so. Came here for Pi day and was hoping to use a nice coupon I found online. The lady there didn't know about the promotion so it took awhile to figure out. It turns out the deal wasn't even that great. Anyway, I hadn't been to a Cici's in a few years. It's much more mediocre than I remembered it to be. All the pizzas were just.. okay. I probably won't be back for a long time.
