Horrible service, Employee's with an attitude. We decided to eat dinner here, big mistake. The bigger female with glasses working the line has a horrible attitude there was a gentleman with his daughter ordering before us, she was extremely rude everytime he would ask a question she seemed annoyed and obviously not capable of dealing with customers. It was our turn and she served us with the same nasty attitude, she seemed extremely annoyed at me because I asked for a few more walnuts in my box there were two walnut platters on the steam table she served me from the one that was about to be empty so I asked if she could give me a few more walnuts, She gave me one she closed our boxes and left to serve other customers, Our food sat there getting cold, finally the person I was with looked at her and said is anyone going to finish our order she yelled at an employee at the register I'm assuming it was Leslie G. that is what's printed on my receipt, when this employee finish and was charging me I asked her what the females name was, she responded with for What? Are you going to give a good review? I responded by saying yes, it's for the survey. She refused to give me her name,I asked her at least three time's she would smile and giggle. How unprofessional, is this the type of Employee's panda express want's to represent their company? As I walked off the lady after me went to fill her drink cup, I was standing there getting my drinks and she said I can't believe she would not give you her name. I said it's ok, I'll review them and call corporate tomorrow and the manager of this location.. It is Not ok to treat customers in this manner, how your employees behave and work is a reflection of management.. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated today at this location. Aracely was extremely rude. I have been working in customer service for 8 years and I am completely understanding when you guys are busy but she was completely uninterested in taking care of me. I went to pick up my order through the drive thru and told them I was picking up an order for Jenifer they responded pull up to the window. I get to the window and Aracely informed me someone else had picked up my order I was confused she asks me if I am able to come inside. I informed her I wasn’t really dressed to come inside, if it was okay I wouldn’t mind coming back around your drive thru line. And her response was that’s fine I guess and closed the window door. I wait 15 minutes in the line to get to the window and they gave me a completely different order and the girl at the window with glasses had an attitude when I told her this wasn’t my correct order. Read moreWell, it's not my 1st time trying Panda Express, but it is the 1st time going inside personally. I made an online order about an hour ago. I love the meats that they offer, but there are some negatives. I ordered 2 plates (2 meats, 1 side), 4 egg rolls, 2 orders of the crab Rangoon, and a side of fried rice.
The 2 meat, 1 side plates was really good for the most part. I had Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef with Fried Rice. The fried rice was a huge disappointment. No flavor what so ever, even the soy sauce didn't help. The meats were very good.
The 2nd 2 meat, 1 side plate was ok at best. My boyfriend had Beijing beef, String Bean Chicken Breast with Chow Mein. There were plenty of vegetables but he wished that there was more meat which I could agree with. The chow mein also had no flavor.
The egg rolls were great, and the Crab Rangoon was fantastic. The service was slow. I understand it was busy, but at least have a worker do to go orders specifically. I shouldn't have to wait close to 10 minutes after I arrived to pick up my online order. Mind you, I received a text message about 10 minutes after I put in the order.
