I have been a Burguer King lover for a few years. But today August 3, 2020 at 12:25 p.m. I went to get my lunch at this place and an older lady who said her name was Georgina was very rude to me for no reason. I had some coupons and I was explaining what they were and she told me that you had to speak Spanish there because everyone speaks that language in that place and in a very rude way she told me that I didn't have to tell her the name of the things that I wanted just the coupon numbers but very rude and very nasty. I don't know how the managers of that place can put such a rude person to do the customer service of that restaurant. She really totally damaged my experience in that restaurant in Burguer King to the point that I will never visit it again and they will never have my business since with such a bad perspective it is a sign that they do not appreciate my business and if GEORGINA treated me this way For any reason, I wouldn't want to imagine how it can be with other clients. I was hungry and that grumpy, unprofessional and very rude woman ruined my lunch and made me feel like rubbish in my own country. I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, but since the United States has no official languages, I speak as I please and I have no problem speaking Spanish, only that nobody should tell me how to speak or what to do when I decide to entrust my diet to this restaurant. I was not excpecting a good or bad deal I was just hungry and just wanted to pay to take my food and go but I didn't even feel like eating it after such a bitter and degrading experience. Read moreI am so sick of trying to give this location a chance. They ALWAYS take FOREVER in the drive thru. This is not the first mess up either but I am just completely fed up. I ordered the new fiery chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong chicken patty, and no bacon. How do you get the only order in cue wrong?! Literally no one was there because they were also out of whopper patties. I went all the way home, find out and then call them just to be told that the only thing they can offer me for my inconvenience is to just remake it. Nothing for my inconvenience, no partial refund or a drink or a side. Apparently I was speaking to the manager, she was so proud to say she was the manager as if it was a FU. I changed my mind after her "I AM THE MANAGER!" I was afraid of what they would do to my remade food. So I just decided to finally put down my one star review. Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been living in this area for 5 years and unfortunately this is the closest Burger King to me so I have to come here if I ever want it. This has to be the absolute worst customer service and experience. Constantly have new employees who are all incredibly rude and say they are out of literally everything. They have chicken sandwiches and jalapeño cheddar bites on their menu, and they don’t don’t offer it anymore but haven’t updated their menu. Yet other locations do offer the items. They open and close when they want. I’ve waited at the drive thru during the daytime to place an order with no one ever coming to the drive thru to take my order and I see employees outside on their phones. Employees are rude to everyone and get away with it because ownership and management allow them to. It’s in a good area, but it’s the absolute worst.
