Ignite Christmas Lighting — Local services in Houston

I could not speak more highly of Josh at Ignite Christmas Lighting! We have been looking to buy a large number of LED lights to send out of town, and because LEDs are more expensive than regular lights and last longer, I wanted to learn more about our options so that we bought the right product. Needless to say, I was not getting very far until I stumbled upon Josh. I explained that I had been having trouble figuring out the best lights for our out-of-town project, and Josh immediately offered suggestions on what I should be looking for and where I could find the strings. Before we got off the phone, he had even texted me a link to the exact product! Moreover, Josh offered all this great advice to me even though we were not calling about a job for Ignite Christmas Lighting. So if Josh offers such a high level of customer service to someone who can't even be a customer, I cannot imagine how great a job he and his crew will do when it comes to Christmas light installations. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service that I have received from this company. Andrew, Josh, and their team go more than above and beyond to ensure all of our wants and needs are met. From the time I contacted them in early November they have been there for my every beck and call. Twice I've had issues with plugs that we've used in the past and Josh had someone to our house within twenty minutes to fix the issue. We've used several companies over the last decade and I've never experienced such customer service from a lighting company. Ignite lights up our home every year (the last 10 years) and does an impeccable job! They don’t just do our front yard, but also every tree in our backyard as well. It’s stunning and our entire property is beautifully lit for the holidays! In addition they set up a 12”FT tree inside and completely decorate it (so nice I don’t have to do it anymore) If there are any issues with lights they have workers to our home the same day to troubleshoot and repair. I highly recommend Ignite if you want your property/home transformed to a winter wonderland. Lights are removed in a timely manner after the holidays and stored away at their warehouse.
