I had just the best experience, and I canât hush about it. Owning a Tesla has been a dream of mine since the early 2010s, and I feel like I received a combination of maximum deal, exceptional service, and ultimate satisfaction in my purchase with this business. The practical side of my brain was looking into hybrid vehicles since my new job requires a bit of a commute for me to travel, but this showroom-worthy deal was something I couldnât pass up for the clean title, price, low mileage, and accessories.
From a customer standpoint, Emin and team were exceptionally available, communicative, and helpful. I felt like a VIP, and they supported every question and concern I held along the way. Despite some infrastructural challenges when I was available to come and see the car, they made the magic happen for me. At their new building, the power kept wanting to go out but Emin made it work. He contacted others to make sure he had the power, internet, and availability to keep my application process going. He also gave me an incredible deal on my old beater, and he was patient to walk me through all the paperwork being extraordinarily transparent to help me understand everything.

   Read moreI have no idea how their star rating is so high as I did not have a 5-star experience, to say the least. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING after the point point of sale went badly. 1st - they had me do a vehicle inspection, which I completed and sent to them. They, apparently, lost the form and didn't contact me for a week after multiple follow up calls. I eventually had to get a copy made and drive it up there myself (1.5 hours round trip, to ensure that they didn't loose it this time). 2nd - I was on my first road trip and the tire blew out. Upon inspection, I realized that the tire had 2 plugs in it, which were both failing. I called to see if we could get this resolved and the sales rep told me that the manager was in a meeting and didn't have time to deal with this - did not get a follow up call (as promised). So, I had to get it replaced myself. Called about 7 more times the next week until I finally got the owner and he agreed to reimburse me (so kind lol). Moral of the story is that they don't do ANYTHING they say they will do - post sale. The car is fine but be prepared to make about 378 follow up calls to assure that they are doing the things they say they will do. I don't usually leave bad reviews, I tend to just avoid those places in the future but this was SO EGREGIOUS that I had to leave an HONEST/REAL review. I went through Cars.com and received an online bid that they honored when I visited their dealership, which was honestly a concern since I had to drive out of my way to conduct this transaction. When I was leaving Houston Auto Sales, I mentioned that I would be selling my father-in-law's Ford F-150 truck in a month, and they replied Let us know before you sell the Truck. I contacted Houston Auto Sales and spoke to Emin about an offer to sell my Ford F-150 Truck. I sent detailed pictures of the 2018 Ford work truck, which has nearly 45,000 miles on it. I was informed by the salesman, Imen, to bring the Truck over, and he would quote me between 22-23k. Once I arrived at their dealership, I was never greeted by Emin; instead, he told another salesperson to bid out the Truck. That salesman informed me that Imen had given me a lower-than-expected bid, but he felt bad and gave me a higher one than instructed. After hearing the appraised bid, I waited for Emin to speak to me about the offer or apologize for driving out of my way, but he never got up from his desk.
