The business allowed someone to use my credit card to spend nearly $1,000. I never heard of this place until I received an alert from my bank. They don’t check ID against card details so they allowed the fraudulent transactions. Something would seem suspicious to me with a person spending $1k at a bingo place. The representative that called me back after me informing them it was fraud said “well the card was present and we aren’t required to check ID, we we will respond to your bank that it is valid.” Thank God I have a bank like Navy Federal that returned my funds. Too bad the organization is out the money. Maybe they’ll be more vigilant of fraud in the future. :)...

If I can give this place zero stars that exactly what It will be. They are so rude it's ridiculous they have the worse attitudes. Today is supposed to customer appreciation day and I was treated horribly and disrespected. The owners really should show they face here more often to see how they treat the loyal playing customer. The lady that treatedd me horribly name is dania. I hope something is done about this. I am very upset and this may be my last time here.
