Stopped by this morning around 7:15am Sunday. Was greeted by a young man. He was pretty helpful for the most part. Noticed a lady brining tacos from outside to sell. The tacos are $5 yet small! He was pretty welcoming but Casey not so much. He charged me for a large hazelnut frappe this is not a large he did nothing but makes excuses. He said something along the lines hopefully they last because the last business didn’t make it unfortunately. I told him better keep up the good work cause the reviews were good that’s why I stopped if not then it will be done like the last business. But based off my experience this morning I will not be back. I love very close so I was excited to have a new shop close. While I was walking out a different color lady walked in and Casey acknowledged her yes I stopped in looked back in disbelief a business have workers in their establishment like this! And yes to the young man forgot his name I can go to the ladies food truck and buy directly for cheaper I know...

Best Coffee in Town!!!āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø I absolutely adore this coffee shop! From the moment you step in, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere hits you - its the perfect spot to unwind or get some work done. The staff are always friendly and is genuinely knowledgeable about their beans and menu items. Their locally roasted espresso is rich and bold, and matcha lattes? Perfection in a cup! I'm a huge fan of the numerous amount of flavors to chose from and you can add cold foam to any ice drink and flavor it any way you like! You can also get any ice drink in a sealed can, which is so cool! The pastries are always fresh, and I can't get enough of their sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just someone looking for a great place to relax, Bean Theory is a must-visit. Even on the go, they have a drive-thru, which can be really convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves great coffee and a...

I used to come here before it was Bean Theory. Back then, it was an OK coffee shop. Now it's really good! The food is better (breakfast tacos with flavor! Are those homemade tortillas?!), the coffee is great (thanks for having a REAL cold brew), and the team is on point with their customer service.

Every time I've been here, one of the baristas brings my order to the table and someone has dropped by to at least say hi or chat too. Whoa!

Elwin (one of the managers, I think) is helping out at the register and delivering drinks to customers too. It wasn't busy and there was plenty of staff. But he was still out there meeting, greeting, and checking on customers.

Totally great experience! My new favorite coffee shop.

Next challenge - can you all get a really dark roast (think Vietnamese coffee) to serve black and iced? Timer starts now! Go! LOL

Great job...

Finally got the chance to come to this new coffee shop that took over the old PJ's space...and I'm so glad I did. Not only did I really enjoy the coffee (that cold brew...made with the owner's family coffee company beans...really woke me up!), but they were so kind to listen to our request for more sugar free options! Elwin, the owner, was so friendly and kind and I really wish this place outrageous success. VERY clean, bright space with TONS of places to sit and work (lots of outlets) or socialize. I can't wait to be done with this diet and have some of their delicious looking pastries. They bring in a local woman's breakfast tacos too, supporting local business as much as they can. I hope this place thrives.

Was looking for a coffee and short work spot while visiting on a business trip and stopped here. Looks like they just opened and loved the bright and spacious area for sitting. You can find a spot to do some laptop work here. The music was light classical and not overly loud. Floor outlets available in all areas even by front windows- tried to show in the pictures. With that being said, I have to mention the coffee- it's good. Like good good. I had a vanilla latte and it was sweet but not overly so and the espresso flavor was lovely. Definitely freshly roasted. The counter staff was delightful and smiley! It's also wheel chair friendly for those who are curious.
