Wowee, what a delight! My first time here I got The Grasshopper and boy oh boy was it delectable! I just had to come back, so on my second visit I wanted to try something different and equally as tasty, so I asked the wonderful employee Lily for recommendations. She skillfully asked me a series of simple questions and it was as if I could see her mind weaving together all the possible flavor combinations to create the perfect treat just for me.

“Do you prefer fruity flavors, or are you more inclined towards chocolate,” she inquired.

“Chocolate.”

She persists, “When you find yourself enjoying a chocolate treat, do you prefer the pairing of it with more chocolate, creating a rich double chocolatey dream, or a more simple, yet contrasting inclusion such as vanilla?”

“Vanilla.”

Suddenly, she came to a conclusion.

“Would you like to try a sample?”

“Yes.”

And with that, she swiftly and skillfully assembled a tiny, bite sized cup of glory. It was, as one might say, delicious. I inquired as to what the spectacular combination of flavors was called, to which she responded, “Brownie Batter A La Mode”

BROWNIE BATTER A LA MODE! What an incredible creation! I instantly ordered a small Brownie Batter A La Mode and it was delectable through and through. Ah, what a glorious dessert.

I recently visited Jeremiah's while I was in town visiting, and it was an absolutely delightful experience!

The ice cream was out of this world! There were so many unique and delicious flavors to choose from, and the quality was top-notch. I ended up trying the Grasshopper, and it was the best I've ever had. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced – I couldn't have asked for more.

A special shoutout to Kendyl, who made my visit even more special. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the different flavors, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service truly set this place apart.

So I came this evening because their app sent me a coupon for a free small treat for my birthday. We get here and I order and show the girl at the counter and get told to pay $1.07 when asked the young girl in a blue shirt told me, “ oh it told you wrong”. No it didn’t I ordered within the guidelines given and for you to say that to me is beyond poor service. The other employee, wearing a camo cap was kind and brought out a larger one than ordered. Listen I get this may be these kids first job however teach them some service skills and by all means franchise or not do not send out offers you have no intention of honoring.
