There were four staff members in the store when we arrived, yet none of them greeted us. They stood chatting near the register and didn’t acknowledge us until about 10 minutes later, only after we had items in our hands. While I found a few pieces I liked and would have otherwise purchased, the lack of engagement and general negative attitude from the sales associates was so off-putting that I didn’t feel comfortable supporting this business.

In contrast, when we visited Tootsies afterward, everyone from the doorman to the sales associates was warm, kind, and helpful. For four employees to show the same indifference and dismissal suggests a larger, top-down issue with customer service or a lack of training and standards. I’ll be avoiding this brand...
