Pros: in walking distance of our home No registration fee affordable drop-in rate Secure door as barrier between children and parents. Operating Hours Diverse student population
CONS: No learning takes place...elementary students allowed to bring and use phones.
No child development training for teachers as one teacher was adamant that my barely 2 year old boys should urinate in a urinal as sitting down to potty “is not the correct way.”
forced twin boys in a high chair for hours in an bare room outside of a tv screen
-videoed my 2 year old son without permission to “prove he wasn’t responding to [their] directions/questions”
No positive feedback given...Only calls about hired adults’ inability to redirect toddlers when there were less than a total of 11 children in entire facility.
“You need to talk to the boys about climbing on Office desk and ...” I immediately stopped her and affirmed that children should not even have access to the office period. I also modeled daily my children’s ability to respond to “firm, fair and consistent” Directives and redirection.
A number of times, parents and staff have complimented their behavior during my 4 weeks patronizing kindercare. Hence, I am left to assume it’s the staff’s lack of training and/or professionalism.
Now the worse, that forced me to never return. They Allowed my 4 year old to fall asleep in chair vs cot. She bumped her head on a concrete floor On a Thursday . I will upload pic of my poor daughter 4 days later as it looks worse now.
No sibling discount despite having three toddlers attending.
No outdoor time ...active black boys ARE NOT defective! Brain-based research and city law proves /mandates the benefit of physical activity for children.
However , the injury my 4 year of daughter was the worst as the pic Will show her injury over four days later...still hurts everyone’s heart when they see it.
I was not even informed about the injury until 45 min afterwards as the unprofessional staff utilized her personal cell vs the office phone to attempt to reach me... supposedly, as I didn’t receive a voicemail as she exclaimed.
Moreover, my daughter wasn’t in the office being consoled . She was left in bare room with tv and her brothers in high chair ! Her head was swollen a minimum of 2.5 inches !!!
Just don’t allow convenience to put your child at risk as I did. Now I have to work on reversing all the bad habits attained while my beloved Irish triplets were in their care.

Read moreI went to this daycare just once, to pick up the son of my sister in law. I worked in daycare for more than 2 years and I know this is not reliable and it is not safe.
1st, the door is NOT locked at all, that means every one can walk in at any time without indenfication. (When I went to pick up the kid, there was only two teacher inside with some of kid, and not security at all).
When I walk in, the teacher on the office was just talking in the phone and she didn't pay atention who got inside
I asked for the son of my sister in law because I didn't see him around de classroom and the teacher in charge checked the list and she told me there is not any kid with that name here. (WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??). I got scared and I called to my sister in law to make sure I was in the correct place and I WAS. I walked in one more time and I asked to the techaer in the ofice (I think she is the principal) about the kid and she sais yes yes he is here, then she bring him to me
4 I left the place and the ladies didnt ask me who I am, or why Im picking up the kid, or maybe ask me for a ID. NOTHING, she just gave me the kid.
Please be careful with this place, if they don't have a correct list of the kids that they have, they could lost any kid at any time. and also anyone can take your kids without identification.
They kicked the kid out of the daycare because I called state to report the inconvenience.

Read more-0 Extreme Caution and a minus star as they don’t belong taking care of children. Attention Parents Please Be Advised 🙏
This daycare is the worst ever, my grandson was assaulted by the daycare director Ms Kk and Ms Cira, my grandson was dragged from one room to another and dropped to the floor, slapped and was held down on the floor with her knee on his chest and then threatened if he spoke that she would hurt him. My grandson said other kids have also been hit there but the parents are unaware. We definitely called police and reported this daycare no children should be in their care as they think it’s okay to hit children that don’t belong to them, please remove your kids from these very evil people who have no humanity for children. We did attempt to speak to them because they have cameras but they refused to show us the footage and they refused to identify their full names. That’s when we decided to call police. Please 🙏 we love our children ♥️ don’t take your kids...
