I came to resize my ring after the proposal and received zero guidance on options. I tried to call ahead to get an estimate and was told to just come in for an appointment. Once inside, I was simply asked what ring size I wanted, when I was looking for more hands-on guidance on how the ring fits and how it should fit. Once I decided on the ring size, I was told that they would hold onto my ring until they received a quote. A week later, I was provided a quote with no explanation on why it was much higher than multiple sources online and other local jewelers. In the end, I took my ring to another jeweler due to the lack of transparency and personalized experience I received AFTER the business had received our purchase.

I have tried to express my concerns multiple times, but the business continues to defend themselves over addressing the issue. In a recent follow-up conversation, I was told that they will no longer give me warranty for the ring since I resized it through another jeweler. I was told that I shouldn’t trust the other jeweler if they were able to return my ring so quickly compared to Lindsey Leigh. I was told that I called someone “stupid” when I was going through the resizing process with them (?!?) - which is completely false. I was also explained multiple times the personal reasons why the members with more experience in resizing were unavailable at the time of my resizing.

All-in-all, my ring is beautiful and I love it now, but I had a very negative experience in trying to alter my ring, and would not recommend to most people who are looking for more transparency when it comes to...

In trouble with the wife after thinking ahead for a change.

I am learning the hard way, they have a very limited supply chain. If a key resource gets ill, the entire company is hostage. I do not recommend unless you have an indefinite timeline for your special occasion.

I wanted to surprise my wife with our first born's birthstone on Valentines day. Order confirmed 12/10/2020 and not ready for Valentines day. I called every few weeks to check on the status and was not told of any existing delays. End of January they told me it would be done in a week. When I called a week later after not hearing back. I was finally informed of several kinks in the supply chain and the key individuals contracted COVID-19 after our last convo. The staff was very apologetic and eventually explained the situation thoroughly, which I appreciate. The order is custom so cannot be canceled, or else I would go to the Galleria and get the usual last minute gift. I understand a lot is out of our control, but can't help but think a more established company would have contingency plans in place or at least notify me of major delays in a timely manner.

I wish the best for the Lindsey Leigh Jewelry and the wonderful staff but will not be repeat business. I pray the bracelet becomes a cherished piece of my wife's wardrobe so I can upgrade my rating in a couple weeks.

P.S. I hope my wife accepts "it wasn't ready on time" better than my usual excuse of "it is caught up in the mail".

We cannot recommend Lindsey Leigh Jewelry enough! We had such a great experience with Maddox (engagement ring) and Claire (wedding bands).

I have never been the person that had her wedding planned on Pinterest, and when my fiancé was referred to Lindsey Leigh from a friend, I was really intimidated to start shopping because I had no idea what I wanted. When I went to the first design consultation with Maddox and my fiancé, she immediately made me feel at ease and guided me through the entire process. I ended up deciding to remove myself from the engagement ring process after that point because I trusted her so much. Maddox and my fiancé surprised me with the most beautiful ring, and it meant so much to me to know that my fiancé was able to take the lead and bring his idea to life.

When it came time for wedding bands, I also had no idea what I wanted. We met with Claire and she had wonderful insight as to what would go well with my engagement ring and how we could customize my band. She helped us incorporate my fiancé and I’s birthstones into the wedding band which turned out so beautiful.
