My husband and I purchased our first LoveSac yesterday (Sactional) and couldn't be happier w/ the service we were provided at the store. For the last month, we have gone a few times to the store store to finalize our layout, review fabrics, sit on the couch again, etc. Mainly because I struggle to make a quick decision without a ton of research/thought! Each and every time we went into the store, all of the store associates were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. They never made us feel like a nuisance, no matter how many times they had seen us recently, and they always gave us their full attention and time. They made a point to remember my name and would greet me by name when I came into the store. It's clear from speaking with the manager of this location (Tori) that she loves what she does & the company she works for. She has a very high level of customer service, something that her employees all have as well. While the online LoveSac websites provides the experience of building your Sactional online, I HIGHLY suggest going to the store & speaking with the team here. They were beyond helpful in ways the website could never be -- helping with best fabrics for dogs, explaining what we needed to get the exact layout we were looking for, etc. Overall, I would recommend this specific location to anyone & everyone!! I'm even bummed that I won't get to see Tori & her team...

Adrian was very helpful and laid out an arrangement for us. We loved how customizable everything was, the fact that the seat covers are removable and we could expand on the couch if we end up moving to a larger space. Upon getting home and measuring the space we found it was too large. After calling the store, Anthony helped me tweak the quote over text messages including me sending pictures of our space. He was very communicative and understanding of our needs and preferences. We decided to hold off on the purchase for now because of finances, and Anthony was gracious and made sure we had access to the updated quote to come back to. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had high hopes for Lovesac, but this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences Iāve ever had. I was upsold on a bundle that was supposed to include the base for the giant pillow sacs and a blanket. The blanket and bases never showed up.
When I called the MKT location to figure out what was going on, they just shrugged it off with an āoops, we messed up.ā No real apology or effort to fix their mistake. They said I could return everything, but itās basically impossible to repack these things! These sacs expand like crazy, and trying to shove them back into the packaging is like wrestling a bear.
To make matters worse, they wonāt even let me bring the items to a store to return them. So now Iām stuck with an incomplete, overpriced purchase and...
