Bad experience, poor service, and poor quality.
There was a guy handing out orders who didn’t appear to be very sanitary. It also seems as if this specific Team Member isn’t currently well, as he went near a corner to sneeze.
I hope that he feels better soon, but this is a concern for food handling and food safety.
At this time, I asked for my shakes to be remade as he was the one handling them.
The Manager told him, to tell us to go park at no specified location and wait about “2 minutes” for them to be made.
We parked in front of the main entrance, and waited for nearly 10 minutes.
I decided to go back around to the Drive-thru and was met with some weird energy from the employee in Lane 1 taking orders.
As I proceeded to the Drive-thru window, we were greeted by an employee running from behind a podium with a walkie talkie who greeted me by saying, “they told me you were riding around, is there some kind of a problem”.
I said yes, “we still have not been given our shakes”. He then told me to pull-up.
Once we reached the Drive-thru window, an employee comes out and asked basically what did I need. I told him that our shakes were never brought out to us.
He then stated, “oh, they must have gave them to someone else, sorry”, “We’ll have them right out”!
Then he brought out what appears to be the old shakes that were made the first time, smh. Operating in dishonesty!
Additionally, the chicken wasn’t seasoned and tasted nothing like other Chick Fil A locations.
Milkshakes were/are runny and just a very poor experience here at this Chick Fil A location.
Please do better South Post Oak...
Read moreOn 12/19/22 around 3 pm I went to the Chick-fil-a location at 9799 S Post Oak Rd. I had two orders and was helped by LaDarius (literally from the start of my order until I left the restaurant). LaDarius was there in the drive-thru taking my order (in 40 degree weather). When I got sent to the front of store to wait for my order to be finish, he ran the order out to me. When I had to come in the restaurant about missing items in my order (which he had nothing to do with), in the middle of him taking an order on the front counter, LaDarius was able to flag down a manager to help me. Every time we parted ways LaDarius made sure to say have a blessed day. Even with his mask on you could tell he was smiling underneath. I wish I could put into words how passionate that young man was. The second time I came in because something was missing, he was visibly upset, and I just shrugged it off and said I should've been paying attention and he went on to say that it wasn't my job to do that. It's not too many establishments you go to where you find passionate people like LaDarius. Honestly, I don't ever write reviews, even when I get good service. However, LaDarius deserves recognition for going above and beyond today. It might not be much to some, but to me that spoke highly of the person he is. He was working multiple positions around the store, kept a smile on his face, was really polite, and didn't miss a beat. That young man is going to go far. Thank you for...
Read moreWas very surprised how unprofessional and uncaring this location is. The drive thru guy was getting annoyed at another young kid who was new. He was making comments like “come on it’s not that hard “ and started to take the iPad away from him and said let me do it, but then the guy figured it out. Then he comes to me and says how can I help you, boss man? NO Sir or my pleasure. Then we get the receipt from the guy handing out receipts and we tell him that we forgot to tell the guy to add mayonnaise and ketchup to our order and so he said they will do it. We pick up our order and I asked the girl is mayonnaise and ketchup in there and she says yes it is and I looked through the bag and I don’t see it and I tell her I don’t see it and so she gives me an extra two mayonnaise and two ketchup and then I get home and I’m glad I asked for it because it was not in there like she said it was and she had an attitude about it. Seems like I am at a restaurant in the hood. The employees are not the same caliber that I have experienced at every other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. I then called the next day and asked for the operator. They said he wasn’t there and I said I had a complaint and the girl took my complaint but she really did not seem like she cared and just said she would work on it, but it was so scripted or so monotone that I felt She...
