This is not like a commercial gym with multiple racks and a huge variety of machines. But it’s got the necessary equipment and you can certainly get in a full body workout.
There’s 3 treadmills, a set of cross cables with 4-way pulley stations on each end, flat bench, incline bench, three adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 90#, hack squat, leg extension, leg curl, leg press, preacher curl, and some ab machines. It does NOT have a squat rack, but does have a smith machine.

Not a great place if you're into Olympic lifts though you could get away with some if its not too busy. They have a pool with lap only hours plus you have the park to jog in. The pool hours are a bit odd but reasonable. Great place to work out especially for the price and setting. Not sure why the 1 star review is complaining about the service. Its a gym.
