I have been going to this place for about 6 mths. The first 3 times it was okay but the 4th time while getting a pedicure the lady left the salt on my legs so long I got burned by it. Now I have a patch on my leg I was very upset. Still thinking this may have been an isolated incident I gave them another try. Again a few more times a lady cut another customers nail while giving her a mani. They had to get the first aid kit and this lady was furious. This lady bleed all over the place. I should of just run out of that place. A few wks later went to get my eyebrows done, the lady burned me with the wax and I have the pictures to prove it. Both pictures. This place is terrible and should be shut down for good. This is no way to treat someone. The pain on my eyebrows was so unbearable I had to come home and put frozen peas on my eyes. An hour later they are still burning. By far the worst place I have ever visited and will never go back. I will continue to write reviews on their service for every site I can find and facebook, instagram, etc. as well as file a compliant with the photos. Good luck to those who think this place is great, its only a matter of time before something...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Today was my FIRST DAY at this establishment. When my nails were done, I should have said something to the owners when they walked in around noon,1300ish. Here is the short and sweet - the woman who did my nails would use her paper thin nails to separate the skin on my nails (common practice in nail salons) HOWEVER, when she did it, it hurt. She jerked my fingers repeatedly as if I was contorting them in some unnatural way, but I wasn't. I told her, politely, "my fingers don't bend any other way". Then (here's the best part) she cut the cuticle on my thumb THEN she put some green "medicine" (she called it) on it because it was bleeding. It smelled like mint and stung like hell. When my nails were done, she put alcohol on my nails to do a final clean and I can tell by the stinging that she cut me on 3 FINGERS. When I got out into the sun I noticed that EVERY NAIL POLISHED ON MY RIGHT HAND is lighter than the polish on my left. I'm, literally, on my way to another salon to have her "work" undone. I went there to treat myself and walked out angry, disappointed, and regretful. I will NEVER go back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in asking to remove my false nails and to simply apply gel polish on top of my real nails (I made this verrrrry clear). The rude lady who was working on my nails began to give me a manicure. I expressed to her I didn't want a manicure simply because I didn't have the time or money at the moment. She demanded that I get this $30 manicure. I told her no several times and then asked for the manager, because she said the manager told her I needed a manicure. Remind you I told the manager what I wanted when I walked in as well. They were trying to get more money out of me. I know business was down because of hurricane harvey, but I am definitely not the one to try and get over on. I tried to discuss this with the manager and she again tried to make me get the services that she WANTED me to get. This is not the first time I've dealt with these disrespectful people, but this was the LAST TIME! I paid for them to remove my nails and left. Please do not spend your money here. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!...
