Dragon Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Houston

PLEASE do not PATRONIZE this establishment the owners are rude unprofessional and hungup on/SCREAMED at my elderly DISABLED grandmother. She called to place a delivery order and asked for no peas and carrots in her dish (which has never been a problem in the past 2yrs we ordered from this place) however the lady SCREAMED at her saying look I will not cook without vegetables you crazy and hungup on her so I called back a a gentleman ANSWERED and said look why you calling back I said sir that was my grandmother and she is 76yrs old whats the problem because we always order from here (mostly the same exact thing) and its never been a problem. He said look order somewhere else NEVER call here again and hungup on me..I was in total disbelief until I check yelp and other websites i see others have experienced the same treatment. I have never had as awful Chinese food as this, if that’s what you want to call it. This is not fresh at all! We got an order of the chicken sticks and they were red and absolutely no flavor! Like they didn’t even taste like chicken! I ordered the garlic sauce chicken, shrimp and beef and I didn’t know garlic sauce was supposed to be sweet?! My husband got the dragon and phoenix and as soon as they set it down I was like ohh weird but I grabbed a scallop and tasted it. The food is good and the price is great, especially when considering the portions that they provide. When I picked up my food last night, it felt like I was picking up a dumbbell from a weight rack. I paid $17 for two meals, veggie/tofu with rice and chicken/veggies with rice and the portions were immense. In my experience, it seems like man Chinese restaurants are a little skimpy with the veggie portions that are offered, but not this place and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Two complementary sugar covered fried dough balls (donuts?) were included along with the usual fortune cookies.
