Went through the drive thru around or about 11:30am. I ordered a chicken sandwich, value fries, and 2 regular tacos. My total came out to be $5.06. I gave the lady at the window $10.06. She then handed me my food and closed the window without giving me my change. She opened the window back up and told me that was it and I told her that she didn’t give me my change she then swore that I only gave her $5.06 and I told her no, I gave you $10.06. Someone else ended up coming to the window and lied and said that they didn’t have any change to give me like I was just supposed to drive off without getting my change back. I asked for the manager and the lady that took my order claimed that she was the manager… She was a Indian lady with a nose piercing wearing a pink shirt. Minutes later they eventually gave me my change…. I’ve never experienced anything like that and to top it off my chicken sandwich was so hard you could literally throw it and knock someone out with it and the fries were very cold. Read moreI saw employees eating from the fry holders with gloves, then going to cook without changing them. Open container of personal drinks out and in use in food preparation areas. I'm going to call the health inspector. I tried to reach out to the franchise operator, but no answer. I went in to get a refund on items they forgot in the drive through...after I had gotten home...and they were just super rude on the phone and hung up on me, even accusing me of lying and saying I had gotten all the food. When I pointed out the blatant health and safety violations they finally agreed to refund my order. I threw away all the food after seeing the state of the restaurant and the food handling. Not worth the potential food poisoning.
Also, I see the Jack in the box "owner" asking people to log complaints on the website... no. How about you answer the phone number on the door? That's the escalation I want, not some contact form. I will be calling the health inspector in the morning so, you had your chance to talk to me...
Read moreI just came back from this location. This is the second time I have a not so nice experience with the lady at the drive-thru. As I was waiting the vehicle in front of me just leaves. So I pull up to the window and I try to confirm my order since the that car had left. The lady waves her hand at me and starts taking an order, then she asks me for my card and doesn't even tell me how much it is since she didn't tell me at the time I placed my order.
She didn't hand me the receipt either, so she starts to hand me my order, which is right until I notice she didn't put the extra tacos I asked for....so she tells me in her not so nice way....you didn't ask for the extra tacos and and didn't charge you. So I say ok thank you and as I am already driving away she tries to get me to stop.
At this point I didn't even want to bother with it. All I can say is if you don't like your job or don't care about your job then find something you enjoy doing cause it's obvious working the drive-thru is not...
