Unprofessional…I show up to my 1st appointment of a prepaid package (half deposit) was given, just to see that no one was there. My appointment was at 1pm I called her business line (straight to voicemail) I also DM’d her twice letting her know I was outside. Rang the ring door bell 3 times. Waited about 30 min. Outside no reply no answer nothing. This girl calls me a whole hour after my appt. At 2:01 stating she was there the whole time! I looked inside each time I went to ring her door bell and didn’t see anyone, my friend was also with me and witnessed everything. I told her I didn’t want to work with someone that lacked communication and demanded my refund, she then brought up her “policy” but yet I followed her”policy” and couldn’t receive my service, so how is that my fault that she wasn’t there? Like how was I supposed to get into YOUR building, and if you knew you had appt. Why not keep an eye out on door??? But her excuse was that her door bell was not working and she did not hear me lol an that a “tech” was outside fixing it (another lie) if you know you have issues with why not communicate that a day before with your appts? And why is your business line going straight to voicemail! From the jump I knew she was lying and she basically forgot about my appt. and that was enough for me not to want to work with her. She catched an attitude and I had to go back and forth with her over the phone for my refund. She tried to “offer” me discounts but she didn’t even know what we had discussed over DM giving me all sorts of random #s of pricing. Oh and she blocked me on social media? Like I said unprofessional….It was a horrible experience and i recommend you take your business and hard earned money elsewhere where, where they will actually communicate with you, take accountability and not lie. Went to be a model for a friend that was training in Brazilian waxing (friend was amazing the entire time). Me and my friend both informed Dom that I have NEVER done this before nor have been a model. Appointment went fine. I wake up the next day and see a video of my waxing appt.
