Normally, this place is great. But, I've just had an awful awful experience and can't call the manager because the employee referred me to the door for the managers number but, it's an incomplete number so can't call. So, here goes!
First, I asked the employee guy how big the scoop for the chicken was. They were out of the rotisserie chicken so was talking about the teriyaki chicken. He didn't seem to understand the question because he showed me the scoop I asked him if it was a half a cup or a cup. He again seemed like he didn't understand the question so I let it go figuring I could look it up later for calorie counting. I asked for a salad with the teriyaki chicken He asked me what kind of lettuce... I told him no lettuce just spinach leaves. He put spinach and then put a bunch of lettuce in the bowl... I told him no lettuce, no lettuce. He looked at me confused. But, he took it in the back.. I assumed to dump it out and only put spinach in it. He came back and still had leaves in it... Said that he didn't just pick it out... I let that go. I had to remind him to add the chicken when I was done adding veggies and told him that I wanted him to chop the chicken with the rest of the bowl. This also seemed to confuse him. I had to tell him 2 additional times that I wanted him to chop the chicken. He asked about dressing and I told him that I wanted a ranch packet because it was to go. He said they didn't have any packets. I asked him why they don't have any packets because every subway I've been to has to go packets. He said his manager didn't order any. Told me that I could call the manager. After that, he went to bag it up even tho I'd told him that I had a few subs to order. He was taking a long time to bag it up so I looked at him to see what he was doing and he was trying to squeeze my salad container into a sandwich bag. I asked him if he could just put it in a bigger bag... He said they didn't have any that his manager didn't order any. He then went in to make sandwiches for the other people with me. I feel like the whole thing was very frustrating. He seemed like he spoke English well enough. Like I said in the beginning of this review, I would have just called the manager but the number on the door was three...
Read moreMade an online order that I had to cancel soon after I placed it. When I called to cancel the order, the lady on the phone sounded so upset and mad because she had “made the sandwich already”. Instead of her listening to her customer about the reasoning for the cancellation, she proceeded to tell me that she could not do anything cause the sandwich was made and she has no control to cancel the order, and I would have to go on the app to cancel. I told her how deeply sorry I was, hung up and went to the app to figure out how to cancel the order. There was no instructions on the app about how to cancel the order so I did a quick google search and found that I would need to call the store to get the order canceled. The information I obtained was from the subway website. I called the store over 25 times before they finally answered again and that is not an exaggeration. The lady on the phone did not fight back this time but was so rude and told me she would cancel the order.
I work hard for my money and I’m not out here just giving it away so I’m sorry. I understand it could be frustrating when an order has to be canceled but when you run a business you are taking these kinds of risk. This is the worst customer experience I have had in a while. Instead of asking if there was anything they could do to help my situation, they told me they couldn’t do anything. I’m severely disappointed as these are “my people” and they are doing business like this. Hopefully they get it right!!

Read moreI visited the restaurant on the Tuesday of January 14, 2025. I noticed that the place was not opened and the lights were off at the time of 9:05am. I understand that the time for this Subway to open is at 9am so I was very baffled to see this. An employee finally unlocked and opened the door. As I ordered my sandwich the worker seemed very moody as if trying to rush. While the employee was making my sandwich, she kept texting on the phone. I wanted to order cookies also but they were not made, which signifies that the place was not properly prepared to receive customer requests. As I was about to pay, the worker explained that the cash register was not ready to process my purchase transaction so she explained that she would get it ready later. I ate my sandwich at the restaurant and had to call for her to make my purchase before leaving, which she finally got the register ready. From my experience with this employee, this is poor workmanship coupled with the wrong person opening because I have been to a Subway before but they were never this poorly organized. I highly recommend that there be someone else opening because my experience could have been much better. I would also have this employee reprimanded for her lack of organization. I believe she knows the job but I witnessed a lack of motivation to properly prepare this restaurant and her customer service demeanor needs improvement.
