I went to this location not long ago & this was THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER. The shift lead or store manager (as she titled herself) , Alicia provided the worst customer service I could have ever imagined. She took my order through the drive thru & never repeated what I asked for to confirm she had it right. Then when I arrived at the window to pay, as he still did not confirm my order. She told me how much my total was & it was only when I asked about my drink size being a medium instead of a large that I had to ask her about what was advertised on the display when I ordered. She proceeded to tell me my order came with medium sides & she charged me for large everything. I rarely eat here so I assumed she knew what she was doing & what I wanted… as I was clear when I ordered. I got home with my two kids ( up 3 flights of apt stairs) just to open the bag to a complete wrong order. I asked for the 8 piece family box - 2 large sides & she gave me 5 piece tender with large upgrades to the remaining of the order. I returned to the store & told her about my order. She shrugged her shoulders & said “that’s what you ordered” with a smirk on her face as I was clearly frustrated. She did not apologize for the miscommunication and instead went back and forth with me about how that’s what I ordered so that’s what I got. It wasn’t until I had to ASK once again “how can we fix this?”. She said I must bring the food in first and then she can refund me & charge me. I told her I would not bring the food in until she dropped fresh chicken & I see my correct food is being made. She continued to smirk & shrug her shoulders. I brought the food in and asked if she would be dropping fresh food. Her response was “no. I will give you that” and pointed to old chicken in the oven rack that clearly looks dry & overheated. She refused to provide corporates contact & when I said one cuss word after all the back and forth- she called the cops. I eventually left & called corporate to report her actions in which they provided store credit but this does not resolve my experience with the supposed rude & unprofessional “store manager”. The first incident when we asked for fresh fries my mother was told she had to go into the restaurant to purchase french fries when we were in the drive-through this was a week ago today is July 16 she purchased another purchase through the drive-through and she asked for some fresh fries and they told her they didn’t have no fries at all they wanted to give her something else but that’s not what she wanted and she asked him don’t have any fries at all in the at this location and I told her no that they did not have any fries this was the manager that was on duty around 2 o’clock and whoever was running the window the young lady was not very friendly . Read moreNo one should even waste their money here, there is a Popeyes not too far with excellent service who ACTUALLY HAVE FRIED CHICKEN. They are constantly out of friend chicken. Everytime. I've gone three times and all three times I've been told they have no fried chicken. Then they forgot my corn the first time & my mashed potatoes on the last time. Worst employees ever. Wouldn't admit that she forgot my food when I called. Everytime I go, they are just messing around without a manager to be see. I wish I could give it less than one star. Let's be honest, they aren't out of chicken. They employees are just to lazy to make more. My brother used to work at KFC and is shocked at how they manage this place.
